fa تأثیر به‌کارگیری کارت هوشمند با مدیریت مصرف داروی بیماران خاص مبتلا به هموفیلی در سازمان بیمه خدمات درمانی استان تهران توانبخشی Rehabilitation مقاله پژوهشی اصیل Original Research Article ‫هدف: نظام سلامت کشور همه ساله مبالغ قابل توجهی را صرف تأمین دارو می‌نماید. هدف کلی این پژوهش بررسی تأثیر به‌کارگیری کارت هوشمند در مدیریت مصرف داروی بیماران هموفیلی سازمان بیمه خدمات درمانی استان تهران بود.‫روش بررسی: این مطالعه همبستگی در مقطع زمانی سال ۱۳۸۹ در تهران انجام شد. جامعه پژوهش کلیه بیماران هموفیلی تحت پوشش بیمه خدمات درمانی استان تهران بود. داده‌ها به‌روش تمام‌شماری، به‌صورت میدانی با مراجعه حضوری و دسترسی مستقیم به اسناد و با استفاده از فرم‌های انتقال داده انجام گرفت. میانگین میزان سرانه مصرف، اعتبارات و نسخ داروئی قبل و بعد از به‌کارگیری کارت هوشمند محاسبه، با استفاده از آزمون‌های تی زوجی و F مورد مقایسه قرار گرفت.‫یافته‌ها: بین وضعیت به‌کارگیری کارت هوشمند در بین سال‌های ۸۶ (قبل از به‌کارگیری) ۸۷ (بعد از به‌کارگیری) با میزان مصرف دارو (۰٫۰۰۵>P)، میزان اعتبارات داروئی (۰٫۰۰۵>P) و میزان نسخ داروئی (۰٫۰۰۱>P) ارتباط مثبت و معنادار وجود داشت.‫نتیجه‌گیری: با اینکه زمان زیادی از به‌کارگیری کارت هوشمند در نظام بهداشت و درمان خصوصاً در سازمان بیمه خدمات درمانی کشور به عنوان متولی آن نمی‌گذرد، ولی به‌کارگیری آن باعث بهبود مدیریت مصرف دارو در بیماران خاص و سایر بیماران می‌گردد. <strong>Objectives:</strong> Iran&rsquo;s national health system annually spends great amounts of money on drug supplies. The general objective of the present research was to study the application of the smart card in the management of hemophilic patients&rsquo; drug consumption in Tehran&rsquo;s Medical Services Insurance Organization (MSIO).<br> <strong>Methods: </strong>This research is a correlation study that was conducted in the year 2010 in Tehran. The populations under study were the hemophilic patients insured by Tehran&rsquo;s MSIO. Data were collected by census through the field method; the researcher directly accessed the documents and data transfer forms. The following data were analyzed before and after application of the smart card using T-Test and F-Test: the average per capita of drug consumption, drug validity and drug prescriptions.
