Abstract: The purpose of this study was to compare the effect of 8 weeks of suspended training and central stability on the right muscle endurance and trunk reading in adolescents. This research was a semi-experimental design with pre-test post-test design. Participants of this study were 20 non-hearing students in Bandar Abbas who were selected purposefully and randomly assigned to two groups of suspended exercises with an average age of 14.11 ± 1.14 years and a central stability group of 23.21.66. One year. In this study, Sorensen test and seam and seventh test were used before and after eight weeks in both groups. Both groups performed these exercises for 8 weeks, each week (3 sessions), and each session for 40 minutes, and after completing the exercises, pre-test measurements were repeated to post-test. To compare two variables between two groups, independent t-test was used through spss software. The results of the study indicated that the mean of right muscle endurance in the central stability training group and the suspended exercises significantly increased the post-test compared to the pre-test. It has also been seen that there is no significant difference between the training group. Considering the positive and significant effects observed in this study, it is recommended that these exercises be used to improve and strengthen trunk muscles in the hearing impaired. Key words: permanent exercises, central exercises for stability, muscular endurance, anomalies
