زمینه و هدف: سرطان پستان سرطان شایع‌تر در میان زنان و دومین علت رایج مرگ ناشی‌از سرطان است. پژوهش حاضر با هدف ترجمه و تعیین روایی و پایایی مقیاس فرم کوتاه سازگاری مذهبی در بیماران مبتلا به سرطان پستان انجام شد.
روش‌بررسی: این مطالعه از نوع طرح‌های روان‌سنجی بود. جامعهٔ هدف پژوهش حاضر، زنان مبتلا به سرطان پستان مراجعه‌کننده به مرکز جهاد دانشگاهی شهر تهران در سال ۱۳۹۷ بودند که با روش نمونه‌گیری هدف‌مند ۱۶۰ نفر از زنان دارای سرطان پستان انتخاب شدند. برای گردآوری داده‌ها از مقیاس فرم کوتاه سازگاری مذهبی پارگامنت و همکاران (۲۰۰۰) و پرسشنامهٔ اطلاعات جمعیت‌شناختی و پزشکی استفاده شد. تحلیل داده‌ها با نرم‌افزار SPSS نسخهٔ ۱۶ در سطح معناداری (۰٫۰۵=α) صورت گرفت. پس از کسب مجوز از طراح ابزار، با روش ترجمه-بازترجمه نسخهٔ فارسی پرسشنامه تهیه شد؛ سپس به‌منظور بررسی روایی و پایایی پرسشنامه، روش تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی و تحلیل همسانی درونی به‌کار رفت و پرسشنامهٔ نهایی تنظیم شد.
یافته‌ها: نتایج تحلیل عاملی نشان داد که مقیاس فرم کوتاه سازگاری مذهبی از دو بعد راهبردهای سازگاری مثبت و منفی تشکیل شده است که درمجموع، ۵۶٫۶۲۱درصد واریانس را تبیین می‌‌کند. مقادیر ضرایب همسانی درونی کل مقیاس ۰٫۷۸۱ و برای راهبردهای سازگاری مثبت و منفی به‌ترتیب برابر با ۰٫۸۷۱و ۰٫۸۴۵ به‌دست آمد.
نتیجه‌گیری: براساس یافته‌های این پژوهش، مقیاس فرم کوتاه سازگاری مذهبی، ابزاری پایا و رواست و می‌تواند در بخش‌های پژوهشی و درمانی مدنظر قرار گیرد.
