زمینه و هدف: پژوهش حاضر به‌‌منظور بررسی اثربخشی آموزش راهبردهای تنظیم شناختی هیجان بر مشکلات روان‌شناختی افسردگی و اضطراب و تنیدگی دانش‌آموزان ناشنوا انجام شد.
روش‌بررسی: پژوهش حاضر، مطالعه‌ای نیمه‌آزمایشی با طرح پیش‌آزمون-پس‌‌آزمون و گروه گواه بود. جامعهٔ آماری این پژوهش را دانش‌آموزان ناشنوای دختر ۱۶تا۲۰سالهٔ شهر اصفهان در سال تحصیلی ۹۸-۱۳۹۷ تشکیل دادند. در این پژوهش ۲۸ نفر از دانش‌آموزان ناشنوا شرکت داشتند که به‌روش نمونه‌گیری دردسترس از مدرسهٔ ناشنوایان میر انتخاب شدند. شرکت‌کنندگان با گمارش تصادفی در دو گروه ۱۴نفری آزمایش و گواه قرار گرفتند. گروه آزمایش در هشت جلسه آموزش برنامهٔ راهبردهای تنظیم شناختی هیجان شرکت کرد؛ درحالی‌که گروه گواه در لیست انتظار ماند. ابزار این پژوهش مقیاس افسردگی و اضطراب و تنیدگی لاویباند و لاویباند (۱۹۹۵) بود. داده‌ها با استفاده از تحلیل کوواریانس چندمتغیری در سطح معناداری ۰٫۰۵ تحلیل شد.
یافته‌ها: نتایج تحلیل کوواریانس چندمتغیری نشان داد که دو گروه آزمایش و گواه در مشکلات روان‌شناختی افسردگی و اضطراب و تنیدگی در مرحلهٔ پس‌آزمون تفاوت معناداری دارند. آموزش برنامهٔ راهبردهای تنظیم شناختی هیجان بر مشکلات روان‌شناختی افسردگی و اضطراب و تنیدگی دانش‌آموزان ناشنوا اثر معناداری داشته است (۰٫۰۰۱>p). درواقع، آموزش برنامهٔ راهبردهای تنظیم شناختی هیجان سبب بهبود مشکلات روان‌شناختی افسردگی و اضطراب و تنیدگی دانش‌آموزان ناشنوا شده است. 
نتیجه‌گیری: براساس یافته‌های پژوهش، استفاده از برنامهٔ راهبردهای تنظیم شناختی هیجان با نتایج مثبت و مؤثری همراه است؛ بنابراین، برنامه‌ریزی برای آموزش برنامهٔ راهبردهای تنظیم شناختی هیجان نقش مهمی در مشکلات روان‌شناختی افسردگی و اضطراب و تنیدگی دانش‌آموزان ناشنوا دارد.
