زمینه وهدف: میل به طلاق زمینه‌ساز ازهم‌گسیختگی ساختار بخش بنیادی‌تر جامعه یعنی خانواده است. پیامدهای اجتماعی طلاق سبب بروز انواع آسیب‌ها و ناتوانی‌های روانی-عاطفی در ابعاد فردی و اجتماعی می‌شود؛ بنابراین پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین اثربخشی مشاورهٔ زناشویی به‌روش گاتمن بر میل به طلاق و دلزدگی زناشویی زنان متأهل مایل به طلاق انجام گرفت.
روش‌بررسی: این پژوهش نیمه‌تجربی از نوع پیش‌آزمون و پس‌آزمون با گروه گواه بود. جامعهٔ پژوهش را تمامی زنان مراجعه‌کننده به دو مرکز مشاوره در شهر اصفهان در سال ۱۳۹۷ تشکیل دادند. نمونهٔ پژوهش شامل ۳۲ زن متأهل مایل به طلاق بود که از بین داوطلبان شرکت در پژوهش، به‌روش نمونه‌گیری دردسترس انتخاب شدند. سپس به‌صورت تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل (هر کدام ۱۶ نفر) قرار گرفتند. شرکت‌کنندگان در پژوهش مقیاس دلزدگی زناشویی (پاینز، ۱۹۹۶) و مقیاس میل به طلاق (روزبلت و همکاران، ۱۹۸۶) را تکمیل کردند. زنان گروه آزمایش، به‌مدت ده جلسۀ ۹۰ دقیقه‌ای تحت آموزش مشاورهٔ زناشویی به‌روش گاتمن (۲۰۱۰) قرار گرفتند. داده‌ها با استفاده از آمار توصیفی (میانگین و انحراف استاندارد) و آمار استنباطی (تحلیل کوواریانس) و به‌کمک نرم‌افزار آماری SPSS نسخۀ ۱۹ تجزیه‌وتحلیل شد. در تمامی آزمون‌ها سطح معناداری برابر با ۰٫۰۵ در نظر گرفته شد.
یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد که با کنترل اثر پیش‌آزمون، میانگین نمرات میل به طلاق و دلزدگی زناشویی گروه آزمایش در مرحلهٔ پس‌آزمون به‌طور معناداری کمتر از میانگین نمرات میل به طلاق و دلزدگی زناشویی در گروه گواه است (۰٫۰۰۱>p).
نتیجه‌گیری: یافته‌های پژوهش حاضر شاهدی بر مفید و مؤثربودن مشاورهٔ زناشویی به‌روش گاتمن، در مداخلات خانواده است.
