زمینه و هدف: پیامدهای اجتماعی خیانت‌های زناشویی سبب بروز انواع آسیب‌ها و ناتوانی‌های روانی-عاطفی در ابعاد فردی و اجتماعی می‌شود؛ بنابراین پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی اثربخشی زوج‌درمانی هیجان‌مدار بر دلزدگی و بخشودگی زنان متأهل عهدشکن مجازی انجام گرفت.
روش‌بررسی: این پژوهش نیمه‌تجربی از نوع پیش‌آزمون و پس‌آزمون با گروه گواه بود. جامعهٔ پژوهشی را تمامی زنان متأهل عهدشکن مجازی مراجعه‌کننده به مراکز مشاوره در شهر اصفهان در سال ۱۳۹۷ تشکیل دادند. نمونهٔ پژوهش شامل ۳۰ زن متأهل عهدشکن مجازی بود که به‌‌روش نمونه‌گیری دردسترس انتخاب شدند و به‌صورت تصادفی در یک گروه آزمایش و یک گروه گواه (هر کدام ۱۵ نفر) قرار گرفتند. هر دو گروه پرسشنامهٔ دلزدگی زناشویی (پاینز، ۱۹۹۶) و پرسشنامهٔ بخشودگی بین‌فردی (احتشام‌زاده، ۱۳۸۸) را تکمیل کردند. برای زنان گروه آزمایش به‌مدت نُه جلسه  زوج‌درمانی هیجان‌مدار مدل جانسون (۲۰۰۷) ارائه شد. تجزیه‌و‌تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از آمار توصیفی (میانگین و انحراف معیار) و آمار استنباطی (تحلیل کوواریانس) در نرم‌افزار SPSS نسخۀ ۱۹ صورت گرفت. در تمامی آزمون‌ها سطح معناداری ۰٫۰۵ در نظر گرفته شد.
یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد میانگین نمرات دلزدگی زناشویی و مؤلفه‌های آن (جسمی، عاطفی، روانی) و میانگین نمرات بخشودگی و مؤلفه‌های آن (کنترل رنجش، درک و فهم واقع‌بینانه) در گروه آزمایش در مرحلهٔ پس‌آزمون به‌طور معنا‌داری کمتر از میانگین نمرات دلزدگی زناشویی و مؤلفه‌های آن و بیشتر از میانگین نمرات بخشودگی و مؤلفه‌های آن در گروه گواه است (۰٫۰۰۱>p).
نتیجه‌گیری: براساس نتایج، مشاورۀ به روش زوج‌درمانی هیجان‌مدار نقش اساسی در کاهش دلزدگی زناشویی و بخشودگی زنان متأهل عهدشکن مجازی دارد.
