زمینه و هدف: تعارضات زناشویی پدیدۀ رو به رشدی است که آسیب فراوانی به جوامع وارد می‌کند؛ لذا این پژوهش به‌منظور یافتن الگوی روابط ساختاری تعارض زناشویی در رابطه با سبک‌های دل‌بستگی و خودشیفتگی و هیجان‌خواهی با دلزدگی در زوج‌های مراجعه‌‌کننده به مراکز مشاوره صورت گرفت.
روش‌بررسی: پژوهش حاضر از نوع همبستگی بود. نمونهٔ آماری را صد زوج تشکیل دادند که پنج سال از ازدواج آن‌ها گذشته بود و در نیمهٔ اول سال ۹۷ به مراکز مشاورهٔ شهر تهران مراجعه کردند و با روش نمونه‌گیری دردسترس انتخاب شدند. ابزارهای پژوهش شامل پرسشنامهٔ تعارض زناشویی ثنائی و براتی (۱۳۷۹)، هیجان‌خواهی زاکرمن (۱۹۷۹)، سبک‌های دل‌بستگی-نسخۀ بزرگسال کولینز و رید (۱۹۹۰)، سیاههٔ شخصیت خودشیفته راسکین و تری (۱۹۸۸) و دلزدگی زناشویی پانیز (۱۹۹۶) بود. تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها با سطح معناداری (۰٫۰۵) و با استفاده از نرم‌افزارهای Amos نسخهٔ ۲۰ و SPSS نسخهٔ ۲۰ انجام شد.
یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد که میان سبک‌های دل‌بستگی ایمن (۰٫۰۲۷=p، ۰٫۱۷-=β)، اجتنابی (۰٫۰۱۶=p، ۰٫۲۱=β)، اضطرابی (۰٫۰۰۱≥p، ۰٫۴۸=β)، خودشیفتگی (۰٫۰۰۸=p، ۰٫۳۰=β) و هیجان‌خواهی (۰٫۰۱۰=p، ۰٫۲۵=β) با تعارض زناشویی و تعارض زناشویی (۰٫۰۰۱≥p، ۰٫۷۵=β) با دلزدگی زناشویی رابطهٔ معنا‌دار وجود دارد. با انجام برازش مدل معادلهٔ ساختاری و برازش مدل نهایی، شاخص‌های برازش برابر ۰٫۹۳=CFI، ۰٫۹۳=GFI، ۰٫۹۰=AGFI و ۰٫۰۶۳=RMSEA به‌دست آمد که نشان می‌دهد مدل مفروض با داده‌ها برازش مطلوبی دارد.
نتیجه‌گیری: باتوجه به یافته‌های پژوهش برگزاری کارگاه‌های آموزشی و توجیهی و تلویحات مداخله‌ای مؤثر با هدف شناخت بیشتر زوجین از همدیگر و اصلاح راهبردهای مقابله‌ای در اختلافات زناشویی ضرورت دارد.
