زمینه و هدف: علم تغییر رفتار را می‌توان پدر درمان‌های اختلال طیف اوتیسم نامید؛ زیرا استفاده از این شیوهٔ درمانی بسیاری از رفتار‌هایی را بهبود می‌دهد که به‌طور مشخص با فعالیت‌ها و تمایلات تکراری، همراه با تعصبات یا گرایش‌های غیرعادی در کودکان با اختلال اوتیسم مرتبط‌اند. هدف از پژوهش حاضر مطالعهٔ تأثیر آموزش تمرین‌های جسمی و حرکتی ازطریق شبکه‌های اجتماعی تلفن همراه به مادران کودکان مبتلا به اختلال طیف اوتیسم بر بهبود رفتارهای قالبی این کودکان بود.
روش‌بررسی: روش پژوهش نیمه‌آزمایشی با طرح پیش‌‌آزمون-پس‌‌آزمون و گروه گواه بود. جامعهٔ آماری پژوهش را تمامی مادران کودکان مبتلا به اختلال طیف اوتیسم شهرهای رباط‌کریم و پرند در سال ۱۳۹۷ تشکیل دادند. نمونهٔ آماری پژوهش ۳۰ مادر دارای کودک با اختلال طیف اوتیسم بودند که به‌شیوهٔ نمونه‌گیری دردسترس برحسب شرایط ورود به پژوهش انتخاب شدند و به‌شکل تصادفی در گروه‌های آزمایش و گواه قرار گرفتند. پیش‌آزمون به‌کمک مقیاس تجدیدنظرشدهٔ رفتارهای تکراری (بودفیش و همکاران، ۲۰۰۰) انجام پذیرفت. سپس به مادران گروه آزمایش ازطریق شبکهٔ اجتماعی واتس‌آپ و با استفاده از فیلم‌ها و تصاویر مرتبط با تمرین‌های جسمی و فعالیت‌های حرکتی منظم، در یک ‌دورهٔ زمانی ۶ماهه آموزش داده شد؛ درحالی‌که گروه گواه هیچ مداخله‌ای دریافت نکرد. برای تحلیل داده‌ها از آزمون‌ تحلیل کوواریانس چندمتغیره با سطح معناداری ۰٫۰۵ به کمک نرم‌افزار SPSS نسخهٔ ۲۴ استفاده شد.
یافته‌ها: نتایج تحلیل کوواریانس چندمتغیره نشان داد که مداخلات مبتنی‌بر تمرین‌های حرکتی بر بهبود رفتارهای کلیشه‌ای (۰٫۰۰۲=p)، خودآزاری (۰٫۰۰۲=p)، وسواسی (۰٫۰۰۲=p)، محدود (۰٫۰۰۲=p)، آیینی (۰٫۰۰۴=p) و یکنواختی (۰٫۰۰۱=p) اثربخش است.
نتیجه‌گیری: آموزش ازطریق تلفن همراه می‌تواند به خانوادهٔ کودکان با اختلال طیف اوتیسم درجهت کاهش برخی از رفتارهای قالبی کودک مانند رفتارهای خودآزاری، وسواسی، آیینی و یکنواختی کمک کند و سبب کاهش مشکلات مربوط به رفتارهای قالبی در این کودکان شود.
