زمینه و هدف: تعارضات زناشویی بر علائم روانی زوج‌ها همچون اضطراب و افسردگی تأثیر می‌گذارد. پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین اثربخشی درمان تعهد و پذیرش (ACT) بر شکست عاطفی، رضایت زناشویی و تنظیم هیجان زنان مراجعه‌کننده به اورژانس اجتماعی نوشهر انجام شد.
روش‌بررسی: روش تحقیق این پژوهش از نوع نیمه‌آزمایشی با طرح پیش‌آزمون-پس‌آزمون بود. جامعهٔ آماری پژوهش حاضر را تمامی زنان مراجعه‌کننده به اورژانس اجتماعی شهرستان نوشهر در محدودهٔ زمانی مهر تا آذر ۱۳۹۷ تشکیل دادند. از بین داوطلبان واجد شرایط، تعداد سی نفر انتخاب شده و به‌صورت تصادفی در دو گروه پانزده‌نفرهٔ آزمایش و گواه جایگزین شدند. گروه آزمایش به‌مدت هشت جلسه مداخلهٔ پذیرش و تعهد را دریافت کرد؛ اما برای گروه گواه هیچ مداخله‌ای ارائه نشد. داده‌ها با استفاده از پرسشنامهٔ ضربهٔ عشق راس (۱۹۹۹)، پرسشنامهٔ رضایت زناشویی انریچ (۱۹۸۹) و پرسشنامهٔ تنظیم هیجان گروس و جان (۲۰۰۳) قبل و بعد از اجرای درمان پذیرش و تعهد به‌دست آمد. تجزیه‌و‌تحلیل داده‌های آماری به‌روش تحلیل کوواریانس تک‌متغیره و با نرم‌افزار SPSS نسخهٔ ۲۲ صورت گرفت. سطح معناداری آزمون‌ها ۰٫۰۵ در نظر گرفته شد.
یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد که درمان پذیرش و تعهد بر شکست عاطفی (۰٫۰۰۱>p)، رضایت زناشویی (۰٫۰۰۱>p) و تنظیم هیجان (۰٫۰۰۱>p) زنان مراجعه‌کننده به اورژانس اجتماعی نوشهر مؤثر است.
نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج حاصل از پژوهش مشخص کرد، درمان تعهد و پذیرش (ACT) بر شکست عاطفی، رضایت زناشویی و تنظیم هیجان زنان مؤثر است؛ ازاین‌رو می‌توان از این درمان برای توان‌مند‌سازی زنان دارای مشکلات در روابط زناشویی استفاده کرد.
