زمینه و هدف: نشانگان نارسایی توجه و فزون‌کنشی اختلال فراگیر دوران کودکی و مؤثر بر عملکرد فرد در حیطه‌های مختلف ازجمله کارکردهای اجرایی است؛ بنابراین این مطالعه با هدف بررسی اثربخشی بازی‌درمانی مبتنی‌بر کارکردهای اجرایی در ارتقای کارکردهای اجرایی کودکان مبتلا به نشانگان نارسایی توجه و فزون‌کنشی انجام شد.
روش‌بررسی: پژوهش حاضر نیمه‌آزمایشی از نوع پیش‌‌آزمون-پس‌آزمون با گروه گواه بود. جامعهٔ آماری را تمامی دانش‌آموزان ۷تا۱۱ساله تشکیل دادند که در سال تحصیلی ۹۹-۱۳۹۸ در دبستان‌های شهرستان سمنان مشغول به تحصیل بودند. نمونه شامل ۳۰ دانش‌آموز داوطلب واجد شرایط بود که به‌روش نمونه‌گیری خوشه‌ای انتخاب شدند و به‌صورت تصادفی در دو گروه ۱۵نفری بازی‌درمانی و گواه قرار گرفتند. گروه بازی‌درمانی مبتنی‌بر کارکرد اجرایی دوازده جلسهٔ ۵۰دقیقه‌ای بازی‌درمانی دریافت کرد و برای گروه گواه درمان ارائه نشد. ابزارهای این پژوهش پرسشنامهٔ علائم کودک (CSI-4) (گادو و اسپرافکین، ۱۹۹۷) و نسخه‌های نرم‌افزاری آزمون‌های رنگ‌واژهٔ استروپ، برو/نرو و طبقه‌بندی کارت‌های ویسکانسین ساخته‌شده توسط مؤسسهٔ روان‌شناختی سینا بود. تحلیل داده‌ها با نرم‌افزار SPSS نسخۀ ۲۱ و آزمون تحلیل کوواریانس چندمتغیری و تک‌متغیری یک‌طرفه در سطح معناداری ۰٫۰۵ انجام شد.
یافته‌ها: نتایج دربارۀ متغیر توجه انتخابی نشان داد که تفاوت معناداری بین گروه بازی‌درمانی و گروه گواه در زمان واکنش ناهمخوان (۰٫۰۰۱=p)، خطای همخوان (۰٫۰۲۸=p)، خطای ناهمخوان (۰٫۰۱۲=p) و صحیح همخوان (۰٫۰۱۱=p) وجود داشت، اما در زمان واکنش همخوان (۰٫۱۷۷=p) و صحیح ناهمخوان (۰٫۸۵۲=p) تفاوت معناداری مشاهده نشد. نتایج دربارۀ متغیر انعطاف‌پذیری شناختی نشان داد تفاوت معناداری بین دو گروه در پاسخ‌های صحیح (۰٫۰۰۱=p) و درصد پاسخ‌های مفهومی (۰٫۰۰۱p<) وجود داشت، اما در خطای درجاماندگی (۰٫۱۵۰=p) و کل زمان حل مسئله (۰٫۱۳۴=p) تفاوت معناداری مشاهده نشد؛ همچنین دربارۀ متغیر بازداری، نتایج نشان داد تفاوت معناداری بین دو گروه در خطای ارائه، خطای حذف و بازداری وجود داشت (۰٫۰۰۱>p).
نتیجه‌گیری: ارائهٔ مداخلاتی متمرکز بر ارتقای کارکردهای اجرایی کودکان مبتلا به ADHD می‌تواند تا حد زیادی کارکردهای اجرایی مختلف ازجمله توجه انتخابی، بازداری و انعطاف‌پذیری شناختی را ارتقا دهد.
