چکیده
زمینه و هدف: یکی از وجوه روان‌شناختی مرتبط با نیاز به زیبایی در داوطلبان عمل‌های جراحی، اختلال بدریخت‌انگاری است و کمبود عزت‌نفس از عوامل تشدیدکنندهٔ این اختلال به‌شمار می‌رود؛ به‌این‌ترتیب پژوهش حاضر باهدف مقایسهٔ اثربخشی درمان ذهنی‌سازی و درمان پذیرش و تعهد بر عزت‌نفس زنان ۱۸تا۳۰ سال مبتلا به بدریخت‌انگاری بدن متقاضی جراحی زیبایی انجام شد.
روش‌بررسی: روش پژوهش نیمه‌آزمایشی با طرح پیش‌آزمون و پس‌آزمون همراه با گروه گواه و دوره‌ٔ پیگیری سه‌ماهه بود. جامعه‌ٔ پژوهش را زنان ۱۸تا۳۰ سال مبتلا به بدریخت‌انگاری متقاضی جراحی زیبایی مراجعه‌کننده به مراکز تخصصی شهر اصفهان در نیمهٔ دوم سال ۱۴۰۲ تشکیل دادند. از جامعه‌ٔ مذکور به‌روش هدفمند ۵۴ نفر داوطلب واجد شرایط وارد مطالعه شدند. سپس به‌طور تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش و یک گروه گواه قرار گرفتند. ابزارهای پژوهش مقیاس عزت‌نفس روزنبرگ (روزنبرگ، ۱۹۶۵) و مقیاس اصلاح‌شده برای اختلال بدریخت‌انگاری بدن (فیلیپس و همکاران، ۱۹۹۷) بود. آزمودنی‌های گروه آزمایش اول، درمان ذهنی‌سازی و آزمودنی‌های گروه آزمایش دوم، درمان پذیرش و تعهد را در قالب بیست جلسهٔ ۴۵دقیقه‌ای دریافت کردند. برای تحلیل داده‌ها، تحلیل واریانس و آزمون خی‌دو به‌منظور بررسی همگنی گروه‌های مطالعه‌شده و تحلیل واریانس با اندازه‌گیری مکرر و آزمون تعقیبی بونفرونی در نرم‌افزار SPSS نسخهٔ ۲۶ به‌کار رفت. سطح معناداری آزمون‌های آماری ۰٫۰۵ بود.
یافته‌ها: اثر عامل زمان (۴۱٫۱۹۶=F) و اثر عامل گروه (۹٫۷۴۸=F) و اثر متقابل زمان و گروه (۱۴٫۳۵۸=F) بر متغیر عزت‌نفس معنادار بود (۰٫۰۰۱>p). همچنین در پس‌آزمون و پیگیری در میانگین متغیر عزت‌نفس، بین دو گروه درمانی با یکدیگر تفاوت معنادار وجود نداشت (۰٫۹۲۶=p)؛ اما بین گروه‌های درمان ذهنی‌سازی و درمان پذیرش و تعهد با گروه گواه تفاوت معنادار مشاهده شد (۰٫۰۰۱>p).
نتیجه‌گیری: بین اثربخشی درمان ذهنی‌سازی و درمان پذیرش و تعهد در بهبود عزت‌نفس زنان با بدریخت‌انگاری بدن متقاضی جراحی زیبایی تفاوت معنادار وجود ندارد و هردو مداخله کارآمد است.
