هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی اثربخشی درمان مبتنی‌بر پذیرش و تعهد و درمان فراشناختی بر بهبود علائم وسواس‌جبری زنان مبتلا به اختلال وسواس-اجباری شهر خرم‌آباد انجام گرفت.

روش‌بررسی: به‌منظور انجام این پژوهش، ۴۵ زن با نشانگان اختلال وسواس‌جبری در شهر خرم‌آباد، به‌شیوهٔ نمونه‌گیری در دسترس انتخاب و با طرح پژوهش نیمه‌آزمایشی، از نوع پیش‌آزمون-پس‌آزمون به شکل تصادفی در گروه‌های آزمایشی و گواه گمارده شدند (۱۵ نفر در گروه آزمایش درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد و ۱۵ نفر در گروه آزمایش فراشناخت و ۱۵ نفر در گروه گواه). ابزار استفاده‌شده، مقیاس وسواس-اجباری مادسلی (۱۹۸۰) بود. داده‌های به‌دست‌آمده با روش آماری تحلیل واریانس تجزیه‌وتحلیل شد.

یافته‌ها: نتایج تحلیل واریانس نشان داد که بین گروه‌ها تفاوت معناداری وجود دارد (۰٫۰۰۱>p). همچنین نتایج آزمون تعقیبی نشان داد که تفاوت گروه‌های درمان مبتنی‌بر پذیرش و تعهد و گروه درمان فراشناخت با گروه گواه معنادار است (۰٫۰۰۱>p)، درحالی‌که گروه‌های آزمایش تفاوت معناداری باهم ندارند (۰٫۰۵<p).

نتیجه‌گیری: یکی از عوامل ایجادکنندهٔ افکار و اعمال وسواسی در افراد، ضعف در راه‌اندازی مهارت‌های شناختی است، بنابراین روش‌های درمانی فراشناخت و درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد برای بهبود نشانگان حاصل از این اختلال تأیید شد.
