Background & Objective: Learning Walls are a method to model and share children's thinking processes. Children use these as a prompt for their thinking and you will find teachers and children regularly adding and referring to them during learning time. The present research investigated the role of learning walls in teaching students with learning disabilities for the purpose of improving the learning process.
Methods: This study employed a descriptive-correlative design. The study population was all students enrolled in in special schools the school year 2015 in Isfahan-Iran. Four schools were selected through cluster sampling, from which 48 participants including children with learning disabilities were selected.  The participants were assigned to experiment and control groups.  The research instruments were Wechsler memory scale and Marian Frastyk Test. One way Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) was used to test the research hypotheses.
Results: There are significant differences among the two groups of participants in terms of variables of communication skills (P˂0.001), language skills (P˂0.001), verbal and written language skills (P˂0.001), and reading skills (P˂0.001).
Conclusion: Learning walls help children with learning disability to improve their communication skills, language skills, verbal and written language skills and reading skills.
