fa نقش شفقت به خود و تحمل پریشانی در سلامت اجتماعی زنان سرپرست خانوار روانشناسی Psychology مقاله پژوهشی اصیل Original Research Article <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>زمینه و هدف</strong>: آسیب‌پذیری زنان سرپرست خانوار در سطح فردی و نیز در سطح اجتماعی به کاهش سلامت اجتماعی در زنان منجر می‌شود؛ لذا پژوهش حاضر باهدف نقش شفقت به خود و تحمل پریشانی در سلامت اجتماعی زنان سرپرست خانوار صورت گرفت.<br> <strong>روش‌بررسی</strong>: پژوهش حاضر توصیفی از نوع همبستگی بود. جامعهٔ آماری پژوهش را تمامی زنان سرپرست خانوار تحت حمایت کمیتهٔ امداد امام‌خمینی‌(ره) در سال ۱۳۹۷ شهرستان بهارستان تشکیل ‌دادند که به‌روش نمونه‌گیری دردسترس بر اساس جدول مورگان، ۲۹۱ نفر انتخاب شدند. ابزارهای استفاده‌شده جهت دستیابی به اهداف پژوهش شامل مقیاس تحمل پریشانی سیمون و گاهر (۲۰۰۵) و فرم کوتاه مقیاس شفقت خود نف (۲۰۰۳) و پرسشنامهٔ سلامت اجتماعی کییز (۲۰۰۴) بود. جهت تحلیل داده‌ها، نرم‌افزار SPSS نسخهٔ ۲۱ و روش‌های آمار توصیفی مانند محاسبهٔ میانگین و انحراف معیار و نیز شاخص‌های آمار استنباطی آزمون همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون خطی چندگانه به‌شیوهٔ گام‌به‌گام به‌کار رفت. همچنین سطح معنا‌داری ۰٫۰۵ درنظر گرفته شد.<br> <strong>یافته‌ها</strong>: نتایج نشان داد بین شفقت به خود با سلامت اجتماعی (۰٫۶۲۷=r و ۰٫۰۰۱>p) و تحمل پریشانی با سلامت اجتماعی (۰٫۵۴۵=r و ۰٫۰۰۱>p) ارتباط مستقیم و معنا‌داری مشاهده شد. همچنین شفقت به خود (۰٫۶۰۳=r و ۰٫۰۰۱>p) و تحمل پریشانی (۰٫۵۱۷=r و ۰٫۰۰۱>p) به‌شکل معنا‌داری، توانایی پیش‌بینی سلامت اجتماعی را داشتند.<br> <strong>نتیجه‌گیری</strong>: براساس یافته‌های این پژوهش نتیجه‌گیری می‌شود با ارتقای شفقت به خود و تحمل پریشانی، می‌توان زمینهٔ بهبود سلامت اجتماعی زنان سرپرست خانوار را فراهم کرد.&nbsp;</div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Background & Objectives</strong>: The vulnerability of female household heads at individual and social levels leads to a decline in their social health. Therefore, the present study aimed to determine the role of self&ndash;compassion and distress tolerance in the social health of female household heads.<br> <strong>Methods</strong>: The present study was a descriptive correlational research. The statistical population of the study consisted of all female household heads supported by the Imam Khomeini Relief Foundation in 2019 in Baharestan County. 291 subjects were selected by available sampling using the Morgan table. The tools used to collect Data were Simon and Gaher&#39;s Distress Tolerance Scale (2005), Self&ndash;Compassion Scale &ndash; Short Form (SCS&ndash;SF) (2003), and Keyes Social Health Questionnaire (2004). To anaylze data, SPSS software version 21 and descriptive statistical methods such as mean, standard deviation, and inferential statistics (Pearson&rsquo;s correlation test and multiple linear regression) were used by the step&ndash;by&ndash;step method, and the significance level was considered at 0.05.<br> <strong>Results</strong>: The means and standard deviations of compassion, distress tolerance and social health were, 16.78&plusmn;1.57, 13.4&plusmn;1.27, and 18.41&plusmn;2.29, respectively. There were direct and significant relationships between self&ndash;compassion and social well&ndash;being (r=0.627, p<0.001) and between distress tolerance and social well&ndash;being (r=0.545, p<0.001). Self&ndash;compassion (r=0.603, p<0001) and distress tolerance (r=0.517 and p<0.001) were significantly able to predict social health.<br> <strong>Conclusion</strong>: The promotion of self&ndash;compassion and tolerance in distress will promote the social health of women household heads.
