fa مروری بر عوامل مؤثر بر رضایتمندی والدین از برنامه منزل کاردرمانی توانبخشی Rehabilitation مقاله پژوهشی اصیل Original Research Article ‫هدف: این مقاله با هدف مرور پژوهش‌های انجام شده در حیطهٔ برنامهٔ منزل و بررسی عوامل مؤثر بر رضایتمندی والدین از این برنامه‌ها، جمع‌بندی اطلاعات موجود در این پژوهش‌ها و فراهم آوردن پیشنهاداتی برای کاردرمانگران انجام شده است.‫روش بررسی: برای رسیدن به اهداف این بررسی پایگاه‌های مختلف از جمله Science direct و OT seeker، براساس کلیدواژه‌های مناسب و مرتبط مانند home program و compliance و در فاصلهٔ زمانی سال‌های ۱۹۸۰ تا ۲۰۱۱مورد بررسی و جستجو قرار گرفتند. علاوه بر این، براساس اسامی محققین صاحب نظر در زمینهٔ برنامهٔ منزل (Gajdosic، Mayo و Novack) نیز جستجویی در این پایگاه‌ها صورت گرفت.‫یافته‌ها: مطالعات نشان دادند که عوامل مختلفی بر رضایتمندی از برنامهٔ منزل تأثیر دارند که از آن جمله می‌توان به متغیرهای دموگرافیک و مربوط به خانواده، نگرش مادر نسبت به خدمات درمانی، خصوصیات برنامه، درک والدین از برنامهٔ منزل، تأثیرات محیطی-اجتماعی، خصوصیات کاردرمانگران ارائه‌دهندهٔ خدمات، نگرش مادر نسبت به بیماری کودکش، دستیابی به اهداف حرکتی، مشارکت والدین در طراحی برنامه، حضور درمانگر در منزل کودک و بازدید منزل او و میزان استرس خانواده اشاره کرد.‫نتیجه‌گیری: رضایتمندی از برنامهٔ منزل نقش بسیار مهمی در پیگیری این برنامه و در نتیجه پیشبرد اهداف درمانی و نیل به حداکثر استقلال عملکردی کودکان مبتلا به ناتوانایی‌های فیزیکی دارد، لذا توجه به این امر می‌تواند در نتایج حاصل از برنامهٔ درمانی این کودکان مؤثر واقع گردد. بنابراین تلاش درمانگران در هنگام ارائهٔ برنامهٔ منزل باید در جهت بهبود و ارتقاء عوامل افزایندهٔ رضایتمندی و به حداقل رساندن دخالت عوامل کاهندهٔ آن قرار گیرد. <strong>Objective:</strong> The aim of this article was to review research studies conducted on home programs and to investigate the determinant factors of parental satisfaction, to summarize the available data, and to make recommendations to occupational therapists.<br> <strong>Methods:</strong> Databases like &lsquo;Science Direct&rsquo; and &lsquo;OT Seeker&rsquo; were searched for articles published from 1980 to 2011 with the keywords &lsquo;satisfaction&rsquo; and &lsquo;home program&rsquo;. Furthermore, they were also searched for articles written by renowned OT researchers in the field, such as Gajdosic, Mayo and Novack.<br> <strong>Results:</strong> Studies show that many factors influence parents&rsquo; satisfaction of home programs: the family&rsquo;s demographic characteristics, the mother&rsquo;s attitude toward healthcare services, the program&rsquo;s characteristics, the parents&#39; perception of home programs, socio‒environmental influences, characteristics of the occupational therapists providing services, the mother&#39;s attitude toward the child&#39;s disease, achievement of motor goals, parental participation in program design, the therapist&rsquo;s presence in the child&#39;s home and home visits and level of family stress.<br> <strong>Conclusion:</strong> Parental satisfaction of a home program plays a very important role in the program&rsquo;s follow-up, advancing the therapeutic goals and achievement of functional independence in children with physical disabilities. Laying greater focus on these issues can affect the results of treatment in these children.
