fa بررسی دردهای عضلانی‒اسکلتی در مادران دارای کودکان فلج مغزی ۴‒۱۲ سال توانبخشی Rehabilitation مقاله پژوهشی اصیل Original Research Article ‫هدف: مراقبت از کودک فلج مغزی فشار زیادی را به بدن مراقبین وارد می‌نماید که این موضوع سلامت فیزیکی آنان را تحت تأثیر قرار می‌دهد. شیوع دردهای عضلانی‒اسکلتی در مادران کودکان فلج مغزی به‌طور معناداری بیشتر از مادران کودکان عادی است. در این پژوهش به بررسی دردهای عضلانی‒اسکلتی در نواحی مختلف بدن مادران کودکان فلج مغزی و عوامل مؤثر بر آن پرداخته شده است.‫روش‌بررسی: این مطالعه توصیفی مقطعی در شهر تهران و براساس نمونه‌گیری در دسترس انجام شد. در این مطالعه هفتاد مادرِ کودک مبتلا به فلج مغزی که دارای ملاک‌های ورود به مطالعه بودند، پرسشنامه نوردیک (Nordic) را تکمیل کردند. داده‌ها با نرم افزار ۱۶‒SPSS و با استفاده از آزمون رگرسیون لوجیستیک تحلیل شدند.‫یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد که مادران کودکان فلج مغزی به ترتیب دردهای عضلانی‒اسکلتی را بیشتر در کمر، شانه، زانو و مچ و انگشتان دست گزارش کرده بودند. به‌علاوه شدت دردهای عضلانی‒اسکلتی نیز در کمر، زانو، مچ و انگشتان دست و شانه بیشترین میزان را داشته است. همچنین مشاهده شد که بین نمایهٔ تودهٔ بدنی کودک و مادر و سطح حرکتی درشت کودک، با شدت درد‌های عضلانی‒اسکلتی در کل بدن مادران رابطه معنادار مثبت وجود دارد (۰٫۰۵>p). ولی رابطهٔ معناداری بین سن مادر و کودک با شدت درد‌های عضلانی‒اسکلتی در کل بدن مادران مشاهده نشد (۰٫۰۵ <div><b>Objective:</b> Caregiving of a cerebral palsy child pressurizes the caregivers and this, in turn, influences their physical health. Musculoskeletal pain in mothers of children with cerebral palsy is significantly higher than in mothers of typically normal children. The purpose of this study was to investigate musculoskeletal pain in these mothers and to determine the relevant influential factors.&nbsp;</div> <div><b>Methods:</b> This descriptive cross sectional study was conducted in Tehran and the method of sampling was convenience sampling. In this study, 70 mothers of children with cerebral palsy completed the Nordic pain questionnaire. Data analysis was done with SPSS‒16 software using logistic regression tests.&nbsp;</div> <div><b>Results:</b> According to the results, mothers of children with cerebral palsy reported musculoskeletal pain more frequently in the lumbar region, shoulders, knees, wrists and fingers respectively. The severity of musculoskeletal pain was more in the lumbar region, knees, wrists, fingers and shoulders. A significant positive relationship was observed between body mass index and GMFCS score of cerebral palsy children and the body mass index of mothers with severity of musculoskeletal pain (p<0.05).
