fa آزمون‌های تصویری درک و بیان اسامی؛ ابزارهایی جهت کشف تفاوت‌های درکی و بیانی کودکان ۲٫۵ تا ۴ ساله فارسی زبان توانبخشی Rehabilitation مقاله پژوهشی اصیل Original Research Article هدف: این پژوهش به منظور بررسی توانایی درک و بیان اسامی در کودکان فارسی‌زبان طبیعی با استفاده از دو ابزار ارزیابی به نام‌های آزمون تصویری درک اسامی و آزمون تصویری بیان اسامی انجام شد.&nbsp;روش بررسی: در این مطالعه تحقیقی و مقطعی تعداد ۲۵۲ کودک ۲٫۵ تا ۴ ساله از ۳۲ مهد کودک در شهر اصفهان به روش نمونه‌گیری خوشه‌ای چندمرحله‌ای انتخاب شده و مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفتند. داده‌های به دست آمده از دو آزمون تصویری درک و بیان اسامی، با استفاده از روش‌های آماری آنالیز واریانس یک-طرفه، آزمون ضریب همبستگی اسپیرمن، و آزمون‌های ناپارامتری کروسکال والیس مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرارگرفتند.یافته‌ها: این پژوهش نشان داد که میانگین امتیازات درک و بیان اسامی در گروه‌های سنی ۲٫۵، ۳، ۳٫۵ و ۴ ساله مورد مطالعه، به طور معناداری با یکدیگر تفاوت داشته (۰٫۰۰۱>P) و با افزایش سن، بر مقدار آن‌ها افزوده می‌شود. با افزایش سن، از میزان انحراف معیار امتیازات درک و بیان کاسته می‌شود. همچنین داده‌ها حاکی از وجود رابطه مستقیم بین میانگین امتیازات درک و میانگین امتیازات بیان بودند (۰٫۰۰۱>P و ۰٫۸۰۳=r).&nbsp;نتیجه‌گیری: با افزایش سن کودکان، توانایی درک به موازات توانایی بیان و با تقدم نسبت&nbsp;توانایی درک بر بیان، افزایش می‌یابد. کاهش میزان انحراف معیار در پی افزایش سن، می‌تواند دلیلی بر نزدیک شدن توانایی‌های درک و بیان اسامی کودکان به یکدیگر و کاسته شدن از تفاوت‌های بین فردی باشد. دو آزمون درک و بیان اسامی به خوبی می‌توانند تفاوت توانایی درک و بیان اسامی را در گروه‌های سنّی مورد مطالعه نشان دهند.&nbsp; <strong>Objective:</strong> The main objective of this study was to evaluate comprehension and expression of nouns in a statistically-sufficient sample of normal Farsi-speaking children aging 2.5 to 4 years old. The assessment tools were two tests: a test on picture-naming and a test on picture-pointing. The study was carried out in Isfahan-Iran.<br> <strong>Materials & Methods:</strong> In this analyzed research, 2.5-to-4-year-old children (n=252) were selected and assessed from 32 kindergartens by cluster sampling method. The raw data obtained from the picture-naming and picture-pointing tests were analyzed by statistical tests of one-way ANOVA, Spearman correlation coefficient, and non-parametric test of Kruskal-Wallis.<br> <strong>Results:</strong> results from this study indicate that, there was a significant difference among the 4 above-mentioned groups regarding mean scores of comprehension and expression of nouns (<em>p</em><0.001). This study provides evidence that mean scores of comprehension and expression increased consistent with chronological age. There was a positive direct relation between mean expression and compression scores (r=0.803, <em>p</em><0.001).&nbsp;<br> <strong>Conclusion:</strong> the ability of comprehension and expression of nouns develop harmoniously with each other- with relative precedence of comprehension- according to age. The Decrease of standard deviation through 2.5, 3, 3.5 and 4-year-old groups may imply a decrease of inter-individual differences in receptive and expressive abilities therefore convergency of these abilities across the whole population.
