fa بررسی مقایسه‌ای کیفیت زندگی مادران کودکان کم‌توان ذهنی و مادران کودکان عادی توانبخشی Rehabilitation مقاله پژوهشی اصیل Original Research Article <div style="direction: rtl"><div style="direction: rtl"><b>چکیده </b></div><div style="direction: rtl"><b>هدف</b>: هدف این پژوهش، بررسی مقایسه‌ای کیفیت زندگی مادران کودکان کم‌توان ذهنی و مادران کودکان عادی بود. </div><div style="direction: rtl"><b>روش‌بررسی</b>:‌ پژوهش حاضر از نوع علّی- مقایسه‌ای بود. نمونهٔ این پژوهش متشکل از ۵۰ نفر از مادران دارای کودک کم‌توان ذهنی و ۵۰ نفر از مادران دارای کودک عادی در شهرستان بابل بودند که به صورت تصادفی انتخاب شدند. ابزار به‌کار رفته، نسخهٔ ایرانی مقیاس کیفیت زندگی و آزمون هوش ریون (فرم بزرگسال) بود. جهت تجزیه تحلیل داده‌ها، از آمار توصیفی و آزمون تحلیل واریانس یک‌طرفه استفاده شد. </div><div style="direction: rtl"><b>یافته‌ها</b>: نتایج پژوهش نشان می‌دهند که بین میانگین کیفیت زندگی مادران دارای کودکان عادی و میانگین کیفیت زندگی مادران دارای کودکان عادی تفاوت معناداری وجود دارد (۰٫۰۰۵=p)، به این صورت که از نظر ابعاد کیفیت زندگی یعنی سلامت جسمانی (۰٫۰۱۶=p)، سلامت روانشناختی (۰٫۰۰۱=p)، روابط اجتماعی (۰٫۰۴=p)، محیط زندگی (۰٫۰۳۱=p) تفاوت معناداری به دست آمد. </div><div style="direction: rtl"><b>نتیجه‌گیری</b>: لازم است کارشناسان و مسئولان خدمات بهداشتی و درمانی در زمینهٔ کیفیت زندگی مادران دارای کودکان کم‌توان ذهنی به‌ویژه در حیطهٔ سلامت روانشناختی بیشتر توجه کنند. </div><div><br></div></div> <div><b>Abstract </b></div><div><b>Objective</b>: The purpose of this study was to compare quality of life in mothers of children with mental disability and mothers of normal children.</div><div><b>Methods & Materials</b>: The study was of causal- comparative design. The samples were randomly selected from Babol City and consisted of 50 mothers of children with mental disability and 50 mothers of normal children. Data were collected using the Iranian version of the Quality of Life Scale and Raven Intelligence Test (Adult form). Descriptive statistics and one-way ANOVA were used for data analysis.</div><div><b>Results</b>: There are significant differences between the mean quality of life in mothers of children with mental disability and that in mothers of normal children (p=0.005). Significant differences exist in terms of physical health (p=0.016), psychological health (p=0.001), social relationships (p=0.084) and environment (p=0.031). </div><div><b>Conclusion</b>: Health experts and officials must focus more on the quality of life of mothers of children with mental disability especially on their psychological health.</div><div><br></div> کیفیت زندگی, مادران کودکان کم‌توان ذهنی, مادران کودکان عادی.
