fa تأثیر تمرینات یکپارچگی حسی‒حرکتی بر رشد مهارت‌های حرکتی ظریف کودکان کم‌توان ذهنی تربیت‌پذیر توانبخشی Rehabilitation مقاله پژوهشی اصیل Original Research Article ‫هدف: بررسی تأثیر تمرینات یکپارچگی حسی-حرکتی بر رشد مهارت‌های حرکتی ظریف کودکان کم‌توان ذهنی تربیت‌پذیر بود.‫روش‌بررسی: روش مطالعه نیمه‌تجربی بود. ۴۰ کودک کم‌توان ذهنی از مرکز توانبخشی و آموزشی گل‌های بهشت شهر ارومیه با میانگین سنی ۲٫۸۱&plusmn;۸٫۴۸ سال و ضریب هوشی ۶٫۸۱&plusmn;۳۰٫۶۲ با روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند مورد مطالعه قرار گرفتند. از همهٔ کودکان پیش‌آزمون گرفته شد. سپس براساس ضریب هوشی و نمرات پیش‌آزمون، نمونه‌ها به دو گروه همتراز (همگن) تقسیم شده و به‌عنوان گروه‌های مداخله و کنترل در نظر گرفته شدند. هر گروه شامل ۱۰ دختر و ۱۰ پسر بود. در این پژوهش، بخش‌های مربوط به مهارت‌های حرکتی ظریف از آزمون تبحر حرکتی برینینکس‌ازرتسکی استفاده شد. تحریکات حسی و تمرینات بدنی توسط گروه آزمایش در طی ۵۰ جلسه تمرین؛ هر جلسه ۴۵ دقیقه و ۶ بار در هفته تمرین شد. گروه کنترل از برنامه‌های آموزشی کلاس استفاده نمودند. پس از ۵۰ جلسه، از هر دو گروه پس‌آزمون به عمل آمد. برای بررسی فرضیه‌های پژوهش از آزمون تی استودنت (SPSS‒19)&nbsp; بهره گرفته شد.‫یافته‌ها: تفاوت معناداری در نمرات پس‌آزمون مابین گروه‌های آزمایش و کنترل وجود داشت (۰٫۰۵>p). گروه مداخله نمرات بیشتری کسب کرد.‫نتیجه‌گیری: تمرینات یکپارچگی حسی-حرکتی سبب رشد مهارت‌های حرکتی ظریف شد و این تأثیر به‌طور قابل توجهی بیشتر از برنامهٔ آموزش کلاسی بود. <strong>Objectives:</strong> To investigate the effectiveness of sensory integration training on fine motor skills development in children with trainable mental retardation.<br> <strong>Methods:</strong> A quasi-experimental study was conducted. Forty mentally retarded children from &lsquo;Golhaye Behesht Rehabilitation and Training Center&rsquo; were selected through purposive sampling. The participants&rsquo; Mean&plusmn;SD age was 8.48&plusmn;2.81 years and their mean IQ was 30.62&plusmn;6.81 All children were pretested. Then, they were aligned (homogeneity) based on their IQ and pretest scores and divided into 2 groups: experimental & control. Each group consisted of 10 boys & 10 girls. In this research the fine motor skills section of the &lsquo;Bruininks‒Oseretsky Test of Motor Proficiency&rsquo; was used. Sensory stimulation and physical exercises were practiced by the experimental group during 50 sessions. Each session was 45 minutes long and was held 6 times a week. The control group used the class programs. After 50 sessions both groups were tested. To test the research hypothesis the student&rsquo;s t-test was applied using SPSS 19.<br> <strong>Results:</strong> There was a significant difference in post‒test between the two groups (p<0.05).
