fa نقش جهت‌گیری مذهبی در نگرش نسبت‌به سالمندان، در دانشجویان رشته‌های روان‌شناسی بالینی، الهیات، پزشکی و پرستاری توانبخشی Rehabilitation مقاله پژوهشی اصیل Original Research Article <div style="direction: rtl"><div style="direction: rtl"><b>چکیده </b></div><div style="direction: rtl"><b>هدف</b>: باتوجه‌به اینکه جمعیت سالمندان رو به افزایش است و نگرش مثبت به آن‌ها پیامدهای مثبتی دربردارد، بررسی عوامل مؤثر و مرتبط با آن موضوعی بااهمیت است. هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی نقش جهت‌گیری مذهبی در نگرش به سالمندان است.</div><div style="direction: rtl"><b>روش‌بررسی</b>: این پژوهش به‌روش توصیفی‌تحلیلی طراحی شد. نمونه شامل ۱۸۰ نفر از دانشجویان ورودی سال ۸۷ رشته‌های روان‌شناسی بالینی، الهیات، پزشکی و پرستاری دانشگاه فردوسی مشهد بود. روش نمونه‌گیری در این پژوهش، نمونه‌گیری هدفمند بوده است، انتظار می‌رود گروه‌های مطالعه‌شده در آینده بیشتر با سالمندان در ارتباط باشند. دانشجویان پرسشنامه‌های جهت‌گیری مذهبی آذربایجانی و پرسش‌نامۀ نگرش به سالمندان کوگان را تکمیل کردند. پایایی و روایی محتوایی و روایی سازۀ پرسش‌نامۀ جهت‌گیری مذهبی قبلاً در ایران احراز شده است. پایایی و روایی سازه و محتوایی پرسش‌نامۀ نگرش به سالمندان را هم محققان احراز کردند.</div><div style="direction: rtl"><b>یافته‌ها</b>: نتایج نشان داد که بین مردان و زنان ازلحاظ نگرش مذهبی و عامل‌های آن تفاوت معناداری وجود دارد (۰٫۰۰۱=P)؛ اما بین مردان و زنان ازلحاظ نگرش به سالمندان و مؤلفه‌های آن، تفاوت معناداری یافت نشد. با محاسبۀ ضریب همبستگی پیرسون، مشخص شد که بین جهت‌گیری مذهبی و عامل‌‌های آن با نگرش به سالمندان و مؤلفه‌های آن رابطۀ معناداری وجود دارد (۰٫۰۱>p). نتایج اجرای رگرسیون چندگانه نیز نشان داد که عامل‌‌های جهت‌گیری مذهبی(عقاید و مناسک و اخلاق) می‌توانند نگرش به سالمندان را پیش‌بینی کنند (۰٫۰۰۰۱=p و ۲۳٫۵۱=_۲٬۱۴۸F). نتایج تحلیل پراکنش یک‌راهه (ANOVA) نیز نشان داد که بین میانگین نمره‌های نگرش به سالمندان چهار گروه مطالعه‌شده تفاوت معنا‌داری وجود دارد (۰٫۰۲۷=p).</div><div style="direction: rtl"><b>نتیجه‌گیری</b>: یافته‌های این پژوهش مؤید این است که نگرش مذهبی با نگرش به سالمندان رابطه دارد و ما، ازطریق نگرش مذهبی افراد، می‌توانیم نگرش به سالمندان آن‌ها را پیش‌بینی کنیم.</div><div><br></div></div> <div><b>Abstract </b></div><div><b>Objective</b>: The elderly population is increasing in number. No doubt, a positive attitude towards them can have positive outcomes. Hence, determining the factors affecting the elderly is an important topic. Thus, the objective of this study was to examine the role of religious orientation in attitudes toward the elderly.</div><div><b>Materials & Methods:</b> This research was of descriptive - analytical design. The study population consisted of 180 students admitted in 2008 in the disciplines of clinical psychology, theology, medicine and nursing at Mashhad’s ‘Ferdowsi University’. Purposive sampling was used. We expect the groups to have greater communications with the elderly in the future. The ‘Azerbaijani religious orientation scale’ and ‘Kogan's Old People scale’ (KOP) were completed by the students. Reliability, content and construct validities of the religious orientation questionnaire have already been evaluated in Iran. The reliability, construct and content validities of the KOP were evaluated by the research team.</div><div><b>Results</b>: There were significant differences between males and females in their religious orientation & its relevant factors (p= 0.001). However, males and females did not significantly differ in terms of their attitudes toward the elderly & its components. Pearson’s correlation showed a significant association between religious orientation & its factors and attitudes toward the elderly & its components (p<0.01). The results of multiple regression showed that the religious orientation factors (beliefs, rituals and ethics) could predict attitudes toward the elderly (p=0.0001, F(2.148) =51.23). ANOVA showed significant differences between the four groups in terms of their attitudes toward the elderly (p=0.027).</div><div><b>Conclusions</b>: The findings of this study confirm that religious attitudes are related to attitudes toward the elderly and that we can predict these attitudes through people’s religious attitudes.</div><div><br></div> جهت‌گیری مذهبی, سالمندان, نگرش.
