fa مقایسۀ سطوح نظریۀ ذهن در بین کودکان دچار اتیسم، کم‌توانی ذهنی، اختلال نقص توجه ـ بیش‌فعالی و عادی توانبخشی Rehabilitation مقاله پژوهشی اصیل Original Research Article <div style="direction: rtl"><div style="direction: rtl"><b>چکیده </b></div><div style="direction: rtl"><b>هدف</b>: پژوهش حاضر با هدف مقایسۀ سطوح نظریۀ ذهن در کودکان دچار اتیسم، کم‌توانی ذهنی، اختلال نقص توجه ـ بیش‌فعالی و عادی صورت گرفت.</div><div style="direction: rtl"><b>روش‌بررسی</b>: روش پژوهش توصیفی و از نوع علی‌مقایسه‌ای بود که با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی ساده و خوشه‌ای، از بین دانش‌آموزان مبتلا به اتیسم (۸ دختر و ۱۲ پسر)، کم‌توانی ذهنی (۱۰ دختر و ۱۰ پسر)، اختلال نقص توجه ـ بیش‌فعالی (۹ دختر و ۱۳ پسر) و عادی (۱۰ دختر و۱۰ پسر) دانش‌آموز ۷تا۱۱ سال انتخاب شدند. برای جمع‌آوری داده‌ها، از آزمون نظریۀ ذهن موریس و همکاران (۱۹۹۹) استفاده شد و داده‌های به‌دست‌آمده با استفاده از روش آماری تحلیل پراکنش چندمتغیره تجزیه‌وتحلیل شد.</div><div style="direction: rtl"><b>یافته‌ها</b>: کودکان مبتلا به اتیسم در کل آزمون و همچنین سطوح خرده‌آزمون‌‌های نظریۀ ذهن، پایین‌ترین نمره و کودکان کم‌توان ذهنی نمرات کمتر از گروه بیش‌فعال و کودکان عادی نمرات بالاتری کسب کردند و تفاوت معناداری بین چهار گروه (۰٫۰۰۱>p) وجود داشت؛ ولی سطوح نظریۀ ذهن بین دو جنس معنادار نبود.</div><div style="direction: rtl"><b>نتیجه‌گیری</b>: کودکان مبتلا به اتیسم و کم‌توانی ذهنی و اختلال نقص توجه ـ بیش‌فعالی، در توانایی نظریۀ ذهن گرفتار مشکلات بسیاری هستند که احتمالاً بر عملکرد اجتماعی آن‌ها تأثیر منفی می‌گذارد.</div><div><br></div></div> <div><b>Abstract </b></div><div><b>Objective</b>: This study aimed at comparing different levels of Theory of Mind (ToM) in children with autism, intellectual disability, attention deficit- hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) and normal children.</div><div><b>Methods & Materials</b>: A causal-comparative study was conducted. Seventy-nine (36 females, 43 males) 7-11 year-old students were selected through simple and cluster random sampling. The numbers of students suffering from various disorders were as follows: autism (8 females, 12 males), intellectual disability (10 females, 10 males), ADHD (9 females, 13 males), and normal ones (10 females, 10 males). For data collection Morris et al’s (1999) Theory of Mind (ToM) test was used. Data were analyzed with multivariate analysis of variance.</div><div><b>Results</b>: Results showed that children with autism scored the lowest in the overall test and in the subscales of ToM children with intellectual disability scored lower than children with ADHD, and normal children scored the highest. There were statistically significant differences between the four groups (p<0.001). However, there was no significant difference in the levels of ToM between the two genders.</div><div><b>Conclusion</b>: Children with autism, intellectual disability and ADHD have numerous problems in ToM abilities which probably negatively affect their social performance.</div><div><br></div> اتیسم, اختلال نقص توجه ـ بیش‌فعالی, کم‌توانی ذهنی, نظریۀ ذهن.
