fa تدوین و ارزیابی اثربخشی برنامهٔ شناختی رفتاری بر پذیرش تصویر بدنی کودکان سرطانی** توانبخشی Rehabilitation مقاله پژوهشی اصیل Original Research Article <div style="direction: rtl"><div style="direction: rtl"><b>چکیده </b></div><div style="direction: rtl"><b>هدف</b>: پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین اثربخشی برنامهٔ آموزشی مبتنی بر روش‌شناختی رفتاری بر تصویر بدنی کودکان سرطانی است.</div><div style="direction: rtl"><b>روش‌بررسی</b>: روش تحقیق این مطالعه شبه‌آزمایشی با ساختار یک گروه آزمایش با پیش‌آزمون و پس‌آزمون بود. نمونهٔ آماری پژوهش ۷ نفر از کودکان ۱۰ تا ۱۵ ساله‌ای بودند که در بیمارستان فوق تخصصی کودکان مفید و بیمارستان شهدای شهر تهران بستری بودند. نمونه‏گیری به‌صورت در دسترس انجام شد. ابزار استفاده‌شده در این پژوهش، پرسشنامهٔ نگرانی دربارهٔ تصویر بدنی بود. در این پژوهش جهت تجزیه‌و‌تحلیل داده‌های به‌دست‌آمده، از روش t وابسته استفاده شد.</div><div style="direction: rtl"><b>یافته‌ها</b>: نتایج نشان داد که مقدار t معنادار نبوده؛ لذا می‏توان نتیجه گرفت که برنامه‌های آموزشی مبتنی بر روش شناختی‌رفتاری بر پذیرش تصویر بدنی در کودکان سرطانی تأثیر ندارد.</div><div style="direction: rtl"><b>نتیجه‏ گیری: </b>در این پژوهش به تأثیر برنامه‎های مبتنی بر روش شناختی‌رفتاری بر پذیرش تصویر بدنی پرداخته شد؛ اما پژوهش حاضر نشان داد برنامه‎های مبتنی بر روش شناختی رفتاری بر پذیرش تصویر بدنی کودکان سرطانی تأثیر نداشت و به‌نظر می‎رسد این ناهمسویی به‌خاطر محدودیت‏هایی است که در حین اجرا وجود داشته است. همچنین نمره‎های خام نشان دادند که این روش بر تعدادی از کودکان اثر داشته که ممکن است این تفاوت اثر به‌خاطر شرایط خانوادگی، اجتماعی و مؤلفه‎های دیگر بوده باشد.</div><div><br></div></div> <div><b>Abstract </b></div><div><b>Objective</b>: We aimed to determine the effectiveness of cognitive-behavioral educational programs for body image in children with cancer.</div><div><b>Methods & Materials: </b>A Quasi-Experimental study of pretest-posttest design was conducted. The statistical sample consisted of seven 10-15 year-old children hospitalized in Mofid Children's Hospital and Tehran's Shohada Hospital. Convenience sampling was used to select the subjects. The Body Image Concern Inventory (BICI) was used to collect data. Dependent t-test was used to analyze data. </div><div><b>Results</b>: In our study the ‘t’ value was not significant. Hence, we concluded that cognitive-behavioral educational programs for body image were not effective in children with cancer. </div><div><b>Conclusion</b>: In this study we investigated the effect of educational cognitive-behavioral programs for body image. However, our data indicated that educational cognitive-behavioral programs for body image were not effective in children with cancer. It seems that our results were due to limitations and problems at the time of implementation of the study. Moreover, the raw data indicated that this method was effective on some children.
