fa ارتباط بین قدرت و تون عضلانی با عملکرد اندام فوقانی در کودکان همی‌پلژی توانبخشی Rehabilitation مقاله پژوهشی اصیل Original Research Article <div style="direction: rtl"><div style="direction: rtl"><b>چکیده </b></div><div style="direction: rtl"><b>هدف</b>: هدف این مطالعه بررسی ارتباط بین قدرت و تون عضلانی با عملکرد اندام فوقانی در کودکان همی‌پلژی است. </div><div style="direction: rtl"><b>روش‌بررسی</b>: در این مطالعهٔ مقطعی (توصیفی- تحلیلی)، ۳۷ نفر از کودکان همی‌پلژی در محدودهٔ سنی ۱۰-۵ سال از مراکز درمانی وابسته به دانشگاه علوم‌بهزیستی و توانبخشی شهر تهران به‌روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. مهارت‌های کیفیت کارکرد دستی شرکت‌کنندگان در پژوهش با استفاده از آزمون کفایت حرکتی بروینینکس- ازرتسکی، سطح اسپاستی‌سیته با استفاده از مقیاس اشورس و قدرت به‌وسیلهٔ ویگوریمتر سنجیده شد. داده‌ها نیز با استفاده از 16SPSS تجزیه‌و‌تحلیل شد. </div><div style="direction: rtl"><b>یافته‌ها</b>: ارتباط معناداری بین قدرت با چیره‌دستی (۰٫۰۰۰=p)، هماهنگی دوطرفه (۰٫۰۲۴=p)، هماهنگی اندام فوقانی (۰٫۰۰۰=p) و هماهنگی بینایی-حرکتی (۰٫۰۴۵=p) و همچنین بین تون عضلانی مچ با چیره‌دستی (۰٫۰۱=p)، هماهنگی دوطرفه (۰٫۰۳۵=p)، هماهنگی اندام فوقانی (۰٫۰۱۳=p) و هماهنگی بینایی-حرکتی (۰٫۰۳۲=p)، بین تون عضلانی آرنج با چیره‌دستی (۰٫۰۰۴=p)، هماهنگی بینایی-حرکتی (۰٫۰۱۷=p) دیده شد. ولی ارتباط معناداری بین تون عضلانی شانه با عملکرد حرکتی اندام فوقانی دیده نشد. </div><div style="direction: rtl"><b>نتیجه‌گیری</b>: ارتباط مستقیمی بین قدرت‌عضلانی و عملکرد حرکتی اندام فوقانی کودکان فلج‌مغزی نیمهٔ بدن وجود دارد و نیز ارتباط معکوس بین اسپاستی‌سیته مچ با عملکرد حرکتی اندام فوقانی این کودکان دیده شد.</div><div><br></div></div> <p class="MsoNormal" dir="rtl" style="line-height: normal direction: rtl unicode-bidi: embed" > <div><b>Abstract </b></div><div><b>Objective</b>: The goal of this study was to investigate the relationship between strength and muscle tone with upper limb function in hemiplegic children. </div><div><b>Materials & Methods</b>: In this cross-sectional (descriptive-analytical) study thirty-seven 5-10 year-old hemiplegic children with cerebral palsy were selected through convenient sampling. They were selected from those attending the clinics affiliated with the ‘University of Social Welfare and Rehabilitation Sciences’ of Tehran. The participants’ hand function skills were evaluated by the ‘Bruininks-Oseretsky Test of Motor Proficiency’, the level of spasticity was evaluated by the Ashworth Scale and strength was evaluated by the Vigorimeter. All data were analyzed with SPSS 16. </div><div><b>Results</b>: Data analysis showed significant associations between strength and dexterity (p=0.000), bilateral coordination (p=0.024), upper motor coordination (p=0.000) and visual-motor coordination (p=0.045), and between wrist muscle tone and dexterity (p=0.01), bilateral coordination (p=0.035), upper limb coordination (p=0.013) and visual-motor coordination (p=0.032), as well as between elbow muscle tone and dexterity (p=0.004), and visual-motor coordination (p=0.017). However, there was no signification association between the shoulder muscle tone and upper motor function (p≤0.05). </div><div><b>Conclusion</b>: There was a positive relationship between muscle strength and upper motor function of hemiplegic children.
