fa اثربخشی بهبود حافظه کاری بر مشکلات شناختی٫ بی توجهی اختلال نقص توجه- بیش فعالی توانبخشی Rehabilitation مقاله پژوهشی اصیل Original Research Article <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>زمینه و هدف</strong>: اختلال نقص توجه- بیش فعالی، اختلال شایع دوران کودکی است و یافتن درمان موثری که از شدت و عمق نشانه‌های آن بکاهد، از اهمیت ویژه‌ای برخوردار است. پژوهش حاضر، با هدف بررسی اثر بخشی برنامهٔ تمرینی بهبود حافظه کاری بر مشکلات شناختی٫ بی توجهی اختلال نقص توجه- بیش فعالی به عنوان یک روش درمانی انجام گرفت.<br> <strong>روش بررسی</strong>: طرح پژوهش از نوع مطالعات شبه آزمایشی با پیش آزمون و پس آزمون همراه با دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل بود. از بین دانش آموزان ۶ تا ۱۲ ساله مبتلا به اختلال نقص توجه- بیش فعالی شهر اراک، به صورت تصادفی ۳۲ نفر انتخاب و به دو گروه ۱۶ نفری آزمایش و کنترل تقسیم شدند. گروه آزمایش هفته‌ای سه بار و طی ۱۵ جلسه دو ساعته، مداخلهٔ بهبود حافظه کاری را دریافت نمودند. با استفاده از پرسشنامه ۲۷ سوالی کانرز والدین، نشانه‌های اختلال هر دو گروه ارزیابی شد. با آزمون آماری t مستقل داده‌های گردآوری شده بررسی شدند.<br> <strong>یافته‌ها</strong>: نتایج نشان داد در نمرات متغیر بی توجهی، بیش فعالی و تکانشگری گروه آزمایش نسبت به گروه کنترل عملکرد بهتری داشت (۰٫۰۰۱><em>p</em>).<br> <strong>نتیجه‌گیری</strong>: در مجموع مداخلهٔ بهبود حافظه کاری به طور معناداری نقص توجه، بیش فعالی و تکانشگری را در جامعه مورد بررسی بهبود داد. بنابراین بهبود حافظه کاری می‌تواند به عنوان یک روش مداخله‌ای در کاهش مشکلات شناختی٫ بی توجهی کودکان با اختلال نقص توجه- بیش فعالی مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Objective</strong>: Attention deficit - hyperactivity disorder in childhood is common and it is important to find an effective treatment to reduce the severity and depth cues.In the present study, the effect of improving working memory were studied as a treatment to improve the symptoms of this disorder.<br> <strong>Methods</strong>: In this experimental study with pre&ndash; test and post&ndash;test with control groups , Thirty-two&nbsp; 6-12 years-old students with ADHD in schools of Arak were randomly selected and assigned to an experimental (n = 16) and a control group (n = 16).<br> The experimental group received improving working memory training consisting of 15 sessions of 2 hours each, Three times a week.The instruments of this research were parent Conner&#39;s questionnaires and The Raven Colored Progressive Matrices Test.
