fa تأثیر تمرینات یکپارچگی حسی-حرکتی بر مهارت‌های حرکتی درشت کودکان کم‌توان ذهنی شدید توانبخشی Rehabilitation مقاله پژوهشی اصیل Original Research Article <div style="direction: rtl"> <div style="direction: rtl"><b>چکیده&nbsp;</b></div> <div style="direction: rtl"><b>هدف</b>: هدف از پژوهش حاضر، بررسی تأثیر تمرینات یکپارچگی حسی-حرکتی بر مهارت‌های حرکتی درشت کودکان کم‌توان ذهنی شدید بود.&nbsp;</div> <div style="direction: rtl"><b>روش‌بررسی</b>: در این مطالعهٔ نیمه‌تجربی، با روش نمونه‌گیری هدف‌مند، ۴۰ نمونه از مرکز توانبخشی و آموزشی گلهای بهشت شهر ارومیه با میانگین سنی ۲٫۸۱&plusmn;۸٫۴۸ سال و ضریب هوشی ۶٫۸۱&plusmn;۳۰٫۶۲ مطالعه شدند. برای ارزیابی حرکات درشت، از خرده‌مقیاس‌های ۱، ۳ و ۴ آزمون تبحّر حرکتی برینینکس-ازرتسکی استفاده شد. ابتدا از همهٔ کودکان پیش‌آزمون گرفته شد. سپس نمونه‌ها براساس دو فاکتور (ضریب هوشی و نمرات پیش‌آزمون) به دو گروه همگن تقسیم شده و به‌طور تصادفی به‌عنوان گروه‌های آزمایش و کنترل در نظر گرفته شدند. هر گروه شامل ۱۰ دختر و ۱۰ پسر بود. گروه آزمایش در طی ۵۰ جلسه، هر جلسه ۴۵ دقیقه و ۶ بار در هفته، تمرینات یکپارچگی حسی-حرکتی را انجام دادند. گروه کنترل از برنامه‌های آموزشی کلاس استفاده نمودند. در ادامه از هر دو گروه پس‌آزمون گرفته شد. با استفاده از آزمون t مستقل (در SPSS19) تجزیه‌و‌تحلیل آماری انجام شد.&nbsp;</div> <div style="direction: rtl"><b>یافته‌ها</b>: تفاوت آماری معناداری در نمرات پس‌آزمون بین گروه‌های آزمایش و کنترل مشاهده شد (۰٫۰۰۵=<em>p</em>). گروه آزمایش نمرات بیشتری کسب کرد.&nbsp;</div> <div style="direction: rtl"><b>نتیجه‌گیری</b>: این پژوهش تأثیر تمرینات یکپارچگی حسی-حرکتی بر مهارت‌های حرکتی درشت کودکان کم‌توان ذهنی شدید را نشان داد.</div> </div> <div><b>Abstract&nbsp;</b></div> <div>Objective: The present paper mainly aims to investigate the effect of sensory-motor integration training on gross motor skills of children with severely mental disability.</div> <div><b>Methods</b>: In this semi experimental research with purposive sampling method, 40 subjects from Golhaye Behesht rehabilitation and training center with the mean age 8.48&plusmn;2.81 years and mean IQ 30.62&plusmn;6.81 were studied. To assess gross motor, subscales of 1, 3 and 4 of motor proficiency Bruininks&ndash;Oseretsky Test were used. Initially pre-test was taken on all the children. Then, based on two factors: (IQ and pretest scores) were divided into two equal groups, and were considered randomly as experimental and control groups. Each group consisted of 10 girls and 10 boys. The experimental group practiced sensory-motor integration training in 50 sessions, 45 minutes, 6 times in a week. The control group used the educational programs classroom. Then both groups underwent post-test. By using independent T test (in SPSS19), Statistical Analysis was done.</div> <div><b>Results</b>: There was a significant difference in posttest scores between experimental and control groups (<em>p</em>=0.005).
