fa بررسی اثربخشی آموزش بازی درمانی کودک محور با استفاده از رویکرد آکسلاین بر تغییرات خلقی کودکان با اختلال یادگیری توانبخشی Rehabilitation مقاله پژوهشی اصیل Original Research Article <div> <p dir="RTL"><strong>هدف</strong>: هدف پژوهش حاضر تعیین اثربخشی آموزش بازی‌درمانی کودک‌محور با استفاده از رویکرد آکسلاین بر تغییرات خلقی (افسردگی) کودکان با اختلال یادگیری است.</p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>روش‌بررسی</strong>: روش پژوهش نیمه‌آزمایشی با طرح پیش‌آزمون- پس‌آزمون با گروه کنترل بود. جامعهٔ آماری شامل تمامی دانش‌آموزان (دختر و پسر) با اختلال یادگیری شهر یزد بود که با روش نمونه‌گیری هدف‌مند، تعداد ۳۰ نفر از دانش‌آموزان ۸-۷ ساله با اختلال یادگیری شهر یزد، انتخاب شدند. این افراد به‌طور تصادفی در دو گروه (آزمایش ۱۵ و کنترل ۱۵) جایگزین شدند. ابزارهای پژوهش شامل مصاحبهٔ بالینی و پرسشنامهٔ افسردگی کودکان و نوجوانان (<span dir="LTR">CDI</span>) بود. آموزش بازی‌درمانی کودک‌محور با رویکرد آکسلاین در قالب ۸ جلسه در گروه آزمایشی اجرا شد. در پایان دو گروه پرسشنامه‌های مذکور را به‌عنوان پس‌آزمون تکمیل کردند. داده‌ها با استفاده از روش تحلیل آماری کوواریانس تجزیه‌و‌تحلیل شد.</p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>یافته‌ها</strong>: در گروه آزمایش میانگین و انحراف‌معیار نمرهٔ افسردگی در مرحلهٔ پیش‌آزمون ۱۰٫۲۰ و ۴٫۶۱ و در مرحلهٔ پس‌آزمون ۴٫۱۰ و ۳٫۲۷ بهدست آمد؛ ولی در گروه کنترل میانگین و انحراف‌معیار افسردگی در مرحلهٔ پیش‌آزمون، ۱۴٫۷۳و ۷٫۱۷ و در مرحلهٔ پس‌آزمون، ۱۴٫۹۳ و ۷٫۴۲ به دست آمد. تحلیل نتایج نشان داد که آموزش بازی‌درمانی کودک‌محور سبب کاهش تغییرات خلقی (افسردگی) در گروه آزمایشی می‌گردد (۰٫۰۰۱><em><span dir="LTR">p</span></em>).</p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>نتیجه‌گیری</strong>: به‌طور‌کلی یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهند که آموزش بازی‌درمانی کودک‌محور با رویکرد آکسلاین به کودکان دارای اختلالات یادگیری، مشکلات خلقی (افسردگی) را کاهش داده است.</p> </div> <p>Abstract Introdouction: The aime of this research was to determine the effectiveness of child- centered play therapy with approach Axline training on mood change (Depression) in children with learning Disabilities . Method: The method of this research was quasi experimental(pre test- post test with control groups).The population of this research was all of students (boys and girls ) with learning disabilities in yazd. 30 students 7- 8 referred to learning disabilities shahied Namdar center in the yazd, were selected by purposeful sampling method and were assignment in to group (15 experimental and 15 control). The experimental group received 8 sessions in two time(twice weekly )of child- centered play therapy with approach Axline training and the control group which did not receive any intervention. The Instruments of this research was interview clinical interview and child Depression Inventory (CDI). data were analyzed by ANCOVA analysis. Results: The results if the analysis of covariance showed that effectiveness of child- centered play therapy with approach Axline training on mood change (Depression) in children with learning Disabilities . Conclusion.
