fa مقایسهٔ سلامت عمومی و رضایت زناشویی در مادران کودکان با ناتوانی‌های یادگیری و عادی توانبخشی Rehabilitation مقاله پژوهشی اصیل Original Research Article <div align="right" style="direction: rtl"> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;"><strong>هدف:</strong> پژوهش حاضر با هدف مقایسهٔ رضایت زناشویی و سلامت عمومی در مادران کودکان با ناتوانی یادگیری و عادی انجام شد.</p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;"><strong>روش‌بررسی:</strong> این پژوهش از نوع علی‌مقایسه‌ای است. جامعهٔ آماری پژوهش حاضر، شامل تمامی مادران کودکان با ناتوانی یادگیری در شهر رشت بود. از این جامعه، ۵۰ نفر مادر دارای کودک ناتوان در یادگیری، به‌شیوهٔ نمونه‌گیری در‌دسترس انتخاب شدند. همچنین ۵۰ نفر از مادران دانش‌آموزان عادی که از نظر سن و تحصیلات با مادران گروه ناتوان یادگیری همتا شده بودند، به‌عنوان گروه مقایسه انتخاب شدند. برای جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از مقیاس‌های سلامت عمومی ۲۸ سؤالی (گلدبرگ، ۱۹۷۲) و رضایت زناشویی انریچ (اولسون، ۱۹۷۷) استفاده شد.</p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;"><strong>یافته‌ها:</strong> نتایج تحلیل واریانس چند‌متغیری نشان داد که بین دو گروه مادران، از نظر تمامی مؤلفه‌های سلامت عمومی به‌جز نشانه‌های بدنی و نیز از نظر تمامی مؤلفه‌های رضایت زناشویی به‌جز پاسخ قراردادی و موضوعات شخصیتی و روابط جنسی، تفاوت معناداری وجود دارد (۰٫۰۰۱><em><span dir="LTR">p</span></em>).</p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;"><strong>نتیجه‌گیری:</strong> پژوهش نشان داد که مادران کودکان ناتوان یادگیری از نظر رضایت زناشویی و برخی شاخص‌های سلامت عمومی در سطحی پایین‌تر از مادران کودکان عادی قرار دارند؛ لذا در ‌این راستا برگزاری کلاس‌های آموزش والدین ضرورت دارد.</p> </div> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Objective:</strong> The present research was conducted with the purpose of comparison of marital satisfaction and general health in mothers of children with learning disabilities and mothers of normal children.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Methods:</strong> This research is a causal &ndash; comparative study. The statistical population of this research consisted of all mothers of children with learning disabilities in the city of Rasht. Of the population, 50 mothers of children with learning disabilities were selected based on convenience sampling. Also, 50 mothers of normal students who were matched for age and education with mothers in learning disability group, were selected as the control group. To collect the data, General Health Questionnaire-28 questions (Goldberg, 1972) and ENRICH Marital Satisfaction Scale (Olson, 1977) were used.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Results: </strong>The results of analysis of multivariate variance showed that there is a significant difference between the two groups of mothers in all components of general health except for the physical symptoms and all components of marital satisfaction except for contractual answer and personality issues and sexual relations (<em>p</em><0.001).</p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Conclusion:</strong> The study revealed that the mothers of children with learning disabilities are in a lower level than mothers of normal children in terms of marital satisfaction and some components of general health.
