fa بررسی تأثیر برنامهٔ درمانی لیدکامب بر روی کاهش شدت لکنت کودکان پیش‌دبستانی و کاهش اضطراب والدین آن‌ها توانبخشی Rehabilitation مقاله پژوهشی اصیل Original Research Article <div> <p dir="RTL"><strong>هدف</strong>: لکنت توسط وقوع زیاد یا از‌هم‌گسیختگی‌های شدید که در جریان پیش‌روندهٔ گفتار رخ می‌دهد، مشخص می‌شود. والدین غالباً به‌علت وقوع لکنت در کودک پیش‌دبستانی، دچار اضطراب می‌شوند. پژوهش حاضر به‌منظور تعیین اثربخشی مداخلهٔ برنامهٔ درمانی لیدکامب بر کاهش شدت لکنت کودکان پیش‌دبستانی و کاهش اضطراب والدین آن‌ها انجام شد.</p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>روش‌بررسی</strong>: پژوهش حاضر از نوع مداخله‌ای بوده و یک مطالعهٔ تک‌موردی با طرح <span dir="LTR">A-B-A</span> است که بر روی ۵ کودک لکنتی پیش‌دبستانی و ساکن شهر شیراز انجام شده است. نمونه‌ها از مراکز گفتاردرمانی بر‌اساس معیارهای ورود و خروج انتخاب شدند. مداخله در ۱۵ جلسه اجرا شد. میزان اضطراب والدین، با پرسشنامهٔ کتل و شدت لکنت کودکان با مقیاس شدت لکنت (<span dir="LTR">SR</span>) و درصد سیلاب‌های لکنت‌شده (<span dir="LTR">SS%</span>) در خط پایهٔ اول (قبل از مداخله) و خط پایهٔ دوم (پس از مداخله) و در موقعیت مداخله، محاسبه و مقایسه شدند.</p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>یافته‌ها</strong>: یافته‌های این پژوهش بر‌اساس تحلیل دیداری و شاخص‌های آمار توصیفی، تجزیه‌و‌تحلیل شد. یافته‌ها نشان داد که مداخلهٔ مورد نظر در ۵ آزمودنی اثربخش بوده است (با ۱۰۰٪-۷۵٪=<span dir="LTR">PND</span>).</p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>نتیجه‌گیری</strong>: با‌توجه به نتایج مطالعه، این احتمال وجود دارد که علاوه‌بر تأثیر برنامهٔ درمانی لیدکامب بر کاهش شدت لکنت کودکان پیش‌دبستانی، این مداخله بتواند در کاهش اضطراب والدین آن‌ها نیز مؤثر باشد؛ زیرا این برنامه توسط والدین اجرا شده و سبب ایجاد احساس قدرت و اعتماد‌به‌نفس در آن‌ها می‌شود؛ بنابراین در انتخاب درمان لکنت برای کودکان پیش‌دبستانی باید به دخالت فعال والدین در درمان توجه کرد مخصوصاً زمانی که والدین اضطراب دارند.</p> </div> <div> <p dir="ltr"><strong>Objective</strong>: Stutter is determined by occuring high incidence or severe disruptions during the progressive speech. Parents often distrees due to the occurrence of stuttering in preschool child. The present research was done to determine the effectiveness of Lidcombe program treatment on reducing of preschool children&#39;s stuttering severity and their parent&rsquo;s anxiety.</p> <p dir="ltr"><strong>Methods</strong>: The present research was an interventional study and a single-case study with A-B-A design which was done on 5 preschool stuttering children in Shiraz. The subjects were selected from speech therapy clinics based on inclusion and exclusion criteria. The intervention was conducted in 15 sessions. The anxiety of parents with Kettle questionnaire and the stuttering severity of children with scale stuttering severity SR (stuttering rate) and stuttered syllables percent (%SS) at the first base line (before the intervention) and the second base line (after the intervention) and during the intervention were calculated and compared.</p> <p dir="ltr"><strong>Results</strong>: The findings of the present research were analyzed based on visual analysis and descriptive statistics indexes. The findings showed that the intervention was effective on 5 subjects (PND=75-100%).</p> <p dir="ltr"><strong>Conclusion</strong>: According to the results of study, there is a possibility that besides the effect of Lidcombe program treatment on reducing of preschool children&#39;s stuttering severity, this intervention can also be effective on reducing of the anxiety of their parents because this program was run by parents and causes a sense of power and confidence in them.
