fa اثربخشی بازی‌درمانیِ عروسکی بر بهبود مهارت‌های اجتماعی کودکان مبتلا به اختلال بیش‌فعالی/نارسایی توجه توانبخشی Rehabilitation مقاله پژوهشی اصیل Original Research Article <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>هدف</strong>: بازی‌درمانیِ عروسکی به دلیل ایجاد سهولت در گسترش ارتباط بین کودک و درمانگر، افزایش صمیمیّت، خودآشکارسازی و بی‌پرده‌گویی در یک رابطهٔ مبتنی بر بازی‌درمانی موردتوجه پژوهشگران قرار گرفته است. هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی اثر بازی‌درمانیِ عروسکی بر بهبود مهارت‌های اجتماعی کودکان دارای اختلال بیش‌فعالی/نارسایی توجه بود.<br> <strong>روش بررسی</strong>: مطالعهٔ حاضر به روش شبه‌آزمایشی و با طرح پیش‌آزمون-پس‌آزمون برای گروه کنترل انجام شد. جامعهٔ آماری، کلیهٔ کودکان مبتلا به اختلال نارسایی توجه/ بیش‌فعالی در ردهٔ سنّی ۱۲-۸ شهر کرمانشاه بود که براساس شرایط ورود به پژوهش، تعداد ۲۴ نفر انتخاب و به‌صورت تصادفی در دو گروه &laquo;آزمایش&raquo; و &laquo;کنترل&raquo; جای‌دهی شدند. برنامهٔ مداخله‌ای بازی‌درمانیِ عروسکی، برای گروه آزمایش به مدت ۱۰ جلسه اِعمال شد؛ درحالی‌که گروه کنترل چنین آموزشی را دریافت نکردند. هر دو گروه به وسیلهٔ تست مهارت‌های اجتماعی گرشام و الیوت در دو مرحلهٔ پیش‌آزمون و پس‌آزمون مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفتند.<br> <strong>یافته‌ها</strong>: نتایج نشان دادند که بازی‌درمانی عروسکی بر مهارت‌های اجتماعی و زیرمقیاس‌های آن در کودکان مبتلا به اختلال نارسایی توجه/بیش‌فعالی تأثیر معناداری گذاشته است (۰٫۰۰۱><em>p</em>).<br> <strong>نتیجه‌گیری</strong>: با توجه به نتایج این پژوهش، بازی‌درمانی عروسکی به‌عنوان روشی مناسب، جهت ارتقای مهارت‌های اجتماعی کودکان مبتلا به اختلال بیش‌فعالی/نارسایی توجه پیشنهاد می‌شود.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Objective</strong>: Puppet play therapy is to facilitate the development of the relationship between the child and the therapist, Increase Intimacy, frank and self-revelation, in a relationship base on play therapy is considered by researchers. The purpose of this study was to investigate the efficacy of puppet play therapy on Improve social skills of children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder.<br> <strong>Methods</strong>: Method of study was Quasi-experimental and pretest-posttest design with control group.The statistical population included all children aged 8 to 12 years with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder was in Kermanshah city 24 of them selected as the sample group by random sampling. The sample according to the conditions of entry to the study were assigned to experimental group and control. Puppet play therapy intervention program for 10 sessions were applied to the experimental group while the control group did not receive training.
