fa اثربخشی برنامهٔ «داوسون-گوایر» بر کارکردهای اجرایی کودکان پیش‌دبستانی با ناتوانی‌های یادگیری عصب روانشناختی/تحولی توانبخشی Rehabilitation مقاله پژوهشی اصیل Original Research Article <div style="text-align: justify;"><br> <strong>چکیده</strong><br> <strong>هدف</strong>: پنج‌سالِ اول زندگی در رشد جسمانی، اجتماعی، شناختی و زبانی کودک نقشی اساسی دارد. برنامه‌های مداخله‌ای در این سنین از اهمیت ویژه‌ای برخوردارند؛ لذا مطالعهٔ حاضر با هدف بررسی اثربخشی برنامهٔ داوسون-گوایر بر بهبود کارکردهای اجرایی کودکان پیش‌دبستانی با ناتوانی‌های یادگیری عصب روان‌شناختی/تحولی انجام شد.&nbsp;<br> <strong>روش‌بررسی</strong>: این پژوهش از نوع نیمه‌آزمایشی با طرح پیش‌آزمون-پس‌آزمون با گروه گواه بود. جامعهٔ آماری را کلیهٔ کودکان پیش‌دبستانی با ناتوانی‌های یادگیری عصب روان‌شناختی/تحولی تشکیل می‌دادند. برای انجام پژوهش، ۴۰کودک که دارای ملاک‌های ورود به پژوهش بودند، به‌روش تصادفیِ چندمرحله‌ای، انتخاب و به‌صورت تصادفی در گروه آزمایش و گواه جای داده شدند. برای جمع‌آوری اطلاعات از آزمون هوش کودکان وکسلر و پرسش‌نامهٔ رتبه‌بندی رفتاری کارکردهای اجرایی استفاده شد.&nbsp;<br> <strong>یافته‌ها</strong>: نتایج تحلیل داده‌ها به‌وسیلهٔ آزمون تحلیل کوواریانس تک‌متغیره و چندمتغیره نشان داد که کارکردهای اجرایی و ابعاد آن در کودکان گروه آزمایش در مقایسه با گروه گواه به‌طور معناداری بهبود یافته است (۰٫۰۰۱p=).&nbsp;<br> <strong>نتیجه‌گیری</strong>: با توجه به اثربخشی برنامهٔ داوسون-گوایر بر ارتقای کارکردهای اجرایی، استفاده از این برنامه به کلیهٔ روان‌شناسان، روان‌پزشکان، معلمان، والدین و کلیهٔ دست‌اندرکاران یادگیری کودکان پیشنهاد می‌گردد.&nbsp;</div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Abstract</strong><br> <strong>Objective</strong>: The first five years of life has an important role in physical, social, cognitive and language development, so intervention programs are particularly important in these ages. The purpose of the present research was to examine the effectiveness of Dawson-Guare program on Executive Functions in pre-school children with neuropsychological/developmental learning disability.<br> <strong>Methods</strong>: The statistical population consisted of all children with neuropsychological/developmental learning disabilities. Pretest, posttest research design (with control group) was utilized in this experimental study. With Multi stage random sampling method, 40 children who have entry criteria were selected and randomly assigned to control and experimental groups.
