fa تأثیر آموزش «مدیریت رفتار» به مادران بر استرس والدگری و مشکلات رفتاری کودکان با اختلال نافرمانی مقابله‌ای توانبخشی Rehabilitation مقاله پژوهشی اصیل Original Research Article <p style="text-align: justify;"><br> <strong>چکیده</strong><br> <strong>هدف</strong>: تعامل منفی کودک-والد، عامل مهمی در بروز مشکلات برونی‌شده (اختلال نافرمانی مقابله‌ای و ایجاد تنیدگی والدینی) محسوب می‌شود؛ از این‌رو هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی تأثیر آموزش روش‌های مدیریت رفتار به مادرانِ کودکان با اختلال نافرمانی مقابله‌ای و کاهش استرس والدگری و مشکلات رفتاری فرزندان این مادران بود.&nbsp;<br> <strong>روش‌بررسی</strong>: روش این پژوهش، نیمه‌آزمایشی با طرح پیش‌آزمون-پس‌آزمون با گروه کنترل بود. تعداد ۳۰نفر از مادرانی که فرزندان‌شان دارای اختلال نافرمانی مقابله‌ای تشخیص داده شده بودند، به‌صورت نمونه‌گیری دردسترس انتخاب و در دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل همتاسازی شدند. ابزارهای پژوهش، شامل شاخص استرس والدین، فهرست رفتاری کودک و پرسش‌نامۀ عملکرد رفتاری کودکان بود. آموزش روش‌های مدیریت رفتار در قالب ۹جلسۀ نوددقیقه‌ای در گروه آزمایشی اجرا شد. در پایان، دوگروه، پرسش‌نامه‌های مذکور را به‌عنوان پس‌آزمون تکمیل کردند. داده‌ها با استفاده از تحلیل کوواریانس موردتجزیه‌وتحلیل قرار گرفت.&nbsp;<br> <strong>یافته‌ها</strong>: تحلیل نتایج، بیانگر تأثیر آموزش روش‌های مدیریت رفتار بر کاهش مشکلات رفتاری کودکان (۰٫۰۰۱<p) .="" br=""> <strong>نتیجه‌گیری</strong>: به‌طور کلی یافته‌ها نشان داد که آموزش رفتاری به مادران، استرس والدگری آن‌ها را بهبود می‌بخشد و از به‌وجودآمدن آشفتگی در روابط والد-فرزندی و هم‌چنین مشکلات رفتاری در کودکان با اختلال نافرمانی مقابله‌ای پیشگیری می‌کند.&nbsp;</p)></p> <p></p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Abstract</strong><br> <strong>Objective</strong>: Negative interaction of child - parent is considered as an important factor in the development of externalizing problems such as oppositional defiant disorder and parental stress. So, the present study aimed to investigate the effect of behavior management training of mothers, on decreasing behavior problems and reducing parenting stress of their children with oppositional defiant disorder.<br> <strong>Methods</strong>: The research design was experimental with pre-and-posttest and control groups. Therefore, 30 mothers whose children were diagnosed as having ODD were chosen through at-hand sampling and were matched into experimental and control groups. Then, they were replaced into two experimental and control. The research tools included parenting stress index, children behavior checklist and behavior performance questionnaire. The behavior management training was performed in nine 90-minute sessions in experimental group. Finally, both groups answered to the questionnaires as posttest.<br> <strong>Results</strong>: The data was analyzed using ANCOVA test.
