fa تحلیل محتوایی تجارب مادری: موانع پیروی مادران کودکان فلج مغزی از برنامهٔ آموزشی «هندلینگ» توانبخشی Rehabilitation مقاله پژوهشی اصیل Original Research Article <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;"><br> <strong>چکیده</strong><br> <strong>هدف</strong>: برنامهٔ آموزشی &laquo;هندلینگ&raquo; یکی از راه‌های مراقبتی-درمانی کودکان فلج مغزی است. خاستگاه این برنامه رویکرد عصبی-رشدی است که قصد دارد مادران را در مراقبت کودکان توانمند سازد. به‌منظور افزایش کارآمدی این برنامه نیاز است که موانع پیروی مادران از برنامهٔ آموزشی هندلینگ کشف شود. این مطالعه با هدف تبین موانع برنامهٔ مذکور انجام گرفت.&nbsp;<br> <strong>روش بررسی</strong>: این مطالعه از نوع تحلیل محتوایی-کیفی بود. ۱۵مصاحبهٔ عمیق از مادران شرکت‌کننده در برنامهٔ آموزشی هندلینگ (شامل یک کارگاه، کتابچهٔ راهنما، پیگیری تلفنی) که سه‌ماه آن را در منزل اجرا کرده بودند، انجام شد؛ مصاحبه‌ها ضبط شد و عیناً به‌صورت مکتوب درآمد و به روش استقرایی، با رویکرد تحلیل محتوایی-قراردادی تحلیل شد.&nbsp;<br> <strong>یافته‌ها</strong>: موانع، در چهار طبقهٔ اصلی، &laquo;عوامل مربوط به کارگاه&raquo;، &laquo;عوامل مربوط به کتابچه&raquo;، &laquo;عوامل مربوط به پیگیری تلفنی&raquo; و &laquo;عوامل مربوط به ویژگی‌های مادری&raquo;، جای گرفتند.&nbsp;<br> <strong>نتیجه‌گیری</strong>: کارگاه‌ها باید مداوم باشد و آموزش نظری همراه آموزش عملی ارائه شود. درمورد محتوای کتابچه باید متناسب‌سازی با هر دورهٔ سنی انجام شود. هم‌چنین راه‌های دستیابی مادران به وسایل کمکی تسهیل گردد. به‌علاوه، امکانات رفاهی-مالی والدین بر انگیزهٔ آن‌ها در مراقبت اصولی تأثیرگذار است؛ بنابراین والدین نیازمند حمایت‌های ویژهٔ مالی، روانی و آموزشی هستند.&nbsp;<br> &nbsp;</p> <p dir="RTL"></p> <p></p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Abstract</strong><br> <strong>Objectives</strong>: Training handling program is a necessary intervention to complete treatment in children with cerebral palsy. This program is based on neuro-developmental approach and helps mothers to empower themselves in caring of their children. To improve this program, this study aimed to examine and clarify barriers towards mothers&rsquo; adherence to implementing handling program.<br> <strong>Methods</strong>: Data were gathered and then analyzed using a qualitative content analysis method. 15 in-depth interviews were conducted with mothers who participated in a three month training within which they had a workshop, a booklet, and over the phone training in regards to how to manage their Children with CP in their daily activities and caring. Transcripts of the interviews were coded and analyzed using inductive conventional qualitative content analysis.<br> <strong>Results</strong>: The barriers were grouped into four categories including &ldquo;factors related to workshops&rdquo;, &ldquo;factors related to booklets&rdquo;, &ldquo;factors related to phone follow up&rdquo;, &ldquo;factors related to mothering characteristics&rdquo;.<br> <strong>Conclusions</strong>: There are various barriers in implementing the training. To overcome these barriers, the workshop should be presented continuously with various subjects in daily activities and must include theories with practical trainings. Booklet content must be proportionate to each age period. Also, mothers&#39; access to all helpful means must be facilitated. Furthermore, financial and welfare facilities were found to be effective on parents&#39; motivation in systematic caring.
