fa اثربخشی بازی‌های ادراکی‌حرکتی کارکردهای اجرایی کودکان مبتلا به اختلال هماهنگی رشد توانبخشی Rehabilitation مقاله پژوهشی اصیل Original Research Article <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;"><strong>زمینه و هدف</strong>: اختلال هماهنگی رشدی یکی از اختلال‌های حرکتی شایع دوران کودکی است که تأثیرات مخربی بر عملکرد شناختی و پیشرفت تحصیلی کودکان می‌گذارد. ازاین‌رو پژوهش حاضر با هدف اثربخشی بازی‌های ادراکی‌حرکتی بر کارکردهای اجرایی کودکان دارای اختلال هماهنگی رشدی انجام گرفت.<br> <strong>روش‌بررسی</strong>: در قالب یک طرح شبه‌آزمایشی پیش‌آزمون-پس‌آزمون با گروه کنترل، با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی خوشه‌ای، سی نفر از کودکان دختر دارای اختلال رشد هماهنگی ساکن شهر اصفهان در سال تحصیلی ۱۳۹۳-۱۳۹۲ انتخاب شدند و به‌صورت تصادفی در گروه آزمایش و کنترل قرار گرفتند. گروه آزمایش شانزده جلسه مداخلۀ مبتنی‌بر بازی‌های ادراکی‌حرکتی دریافت کردند و نمرات پرسش‌نامۀ کانرز والدین و سیاهۀ اختلال هماهنگی رشدی ویژۀ والدین (DCD&ndash;Q7) قبل و بعد از مداخله در هر دو گروه جمع‌آوری و با استفاده از آزمون آماری تحلیل کوواریانس تجزیه‌وتحلیل شد.<br> <strong>یافته‌ها</strong>: یافته‌ها نشان داد که بازی‌های ادراکی‌حرکتی تأثیرات معناداری بر حل مسئله و برنامه‌ریزی و سازمان‌دهی رفتاری‌هیجانی کودکان داشت (۰٫۰۰۱><em>p</em>). افزون بر این یافته‌های پژوهش نشان داد که مداخلات زودهنگام مبتنی بر بازی‌های ادراکی‌حرکتی بر کارکردهای اجرایی کودکان دارای اختلال هماهنگی رشدی مؤثر است (۰٫۰۰۱><em>p</em>).<br> <strong>نتیجه‌گیری</strong>: با توجه به یافته‌های پژوهش حاضر مبنی بر اثربخشی بازی‌های ادراکی‌حرکتی بر کارکردهای اجرایی کودکان با اختلال هماهنگی رشدی، طراحی مداخلات مناسب برای درمان مشکلات شناختی این کودکان می‌تواند مؤثر واقع شود.</p> <p dir="RTL"></p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Objective</strong>: Developmental coordination disorder is one of the most common motor disorders in childhood that have devastating impacts on cognitive performance and academic achievement in children. Therefore, the aim of this study was to determine the effect of perceptual&ndash;motor games on executive functions in children with developmental coordination disorder.<br> <strong>Methods</strong>: This study was a quasi-experimental with pre&ndash;test, post&ndash;test design. A total of 30girls with developmental coordination disorder were selected by accidental sampling and randomly assigned in experimental and control groups. Children were selected from Isfahan city (center of Iran) in education year 2013-2014. The experimental group received 16 sessions perceptual motor games&ndash;based intervention. Conner&rsquo;s questionnaires, DCD&ndash;Q7 were used for two groups to collecting data in pre&ndash;test, post&ndash;test. Data were analyzed by using ANOVA.<br> <strong>Results</strong>: The results showed that perceptual&ndash;motor play a significant effect on problem solving, planning and organizing their behavioral (<em>p</em><0.001). In addition, early interventions based perceptual&ndash;motor plays were effective on executive functions in children with DCD (<em>p</em><0.001).<br> <strong>Conclusion</strong>: Due to the findings of this study, the effectiveness of cognitive games&ndash;move was confirmed on the executive functions of children with developmental coordination disorder.
