fa اثربخشی آموزش شناختی-رفتاری به مادران بر کاهش پرخاشگری و قانون‌شکنی فرزندان دختر روانشناسی Psychology مقاله پژوهشی اصیل Original Research Article <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;"><strong>چکیده</strong><br> <strong>زمینه و هدف</strong>: نوع ارتباطی که بین مادر و فرزندان وجود دارد سهم زیادی در ابتلای فرزندان به اختلالات برونی‌سازی دارند. لذا پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی اثربخشی آموزش شناختی-رفتاری به مادران بر کاهش پرخاشگری و قانون‌شکنی فرزندان دختر انجام شد.&nbsp;<br> <strong>روش‌بررسی</strong>: روش پژوهش نیمه‌آزمایشی از نوع پیش‌آزمون-پس‌آزمون با گروه کنترل بود. جامعهٔ آماری پژوهش حاضر شامل تمامی مادرانِ دارای فرزند دختر مشغول به تحصیل در مدارس متوسطهٔ اول شهرستان شهریار بود که از این میان ۳۰ نفر از این مادران به‌شیوهٔ نمونه‌گیری در دسترس، انتخاب شدند. سپس به‌صورت تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل جایگزین گردیدند. برای جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از دو مقیاس سیاههٔ رفتاری کودک-فرم والدین (CBCL) و فرم خودسنجی نوجوان (YSR) استفاده شد. گروه آزمایش، به‌مدت ۸ جلسهٔ گروهی ۲ ساعته تحت آموزش شناختی-رفتاری قرار گرفت؛ در حالی که گروه کنترل هیچ آموزشی را دریافت نکردند.<br> <strong>یافته‌ها</strong>: نتایج نشان داد که مداخلهٔ شناختی-رفتاری مادران، رفتارهای پرخاشگرانه و قانون‌شکنانه فرزندان دختر گروه آزمایش را درمقایسه با گروه کنترل کاهش داده است (۰٫۰۰۱&ge;p).<br> <strong>نتیجه‌گیری</strong>: شرکت در جلسات گروهی آموزش شناختی-رفتاری از سوی مادران در کاهش مشکلات برونی‌سازی شده (پرخاشگری و قانون شکنی) دختران نوجوان مؤثر است.<br> &nbsp;</p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Abstract</strong><br> <strong>Objective</strong>: Mother personality characteristics, psychological problems, and the type of relationship between mother and child are different aspects of parenting - a significant contribution to the development of children with externalizing disorders. Cognitive - behavioral intervention therapy is thought to reduce the frequency and severity aggressive and violent behavior. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of cognitive- behavioral therapy for mothers of aggressive daughters on reducing aggressive and violent behavior among their daughters.<br> <strong>Methods</strong>: This study employed a quasi-experimental pre-test and post-test control group design. The study population was all mothers of daughters studying in secondary schools in Shahriar-Iran.&nbsp; The participants-selected through convenience sampling- were 32 mothers, who were assigned to control and experiment groups in equal numbers. The entrance criteria were the risk of psychological illness, being in the age range 30-45 years, not receiving psychological services from other centers, and having a diploma of higher degree. Child Behavior Checklist (CBCL) And Achenbach Adolescent self-evaluation questionnaire (YSR) were used for data collection. The experimental group was trained for 8 sessions of 2 hours in cognitive &ndash; behavioral training; while the control group did not receive any training. The data were analyzed by means of Univariate Analysis of Covariance (ANCOVA).<br> <strong>Results</strong>: Analysis of the results showed that the mean difference between the two groups were significant (P<0.05). So it is concluded that cognitive &ndash; behavioral training reduced aggressive and violent behavior of intervention group significantly. Aggression and violations behaviors scores of intervention group in all sub-scales were also significantly lower in post-test compared to control group (p<0.001). Results also indicate that there was a significant difference between experimental and control groups in terms of aggression and violations. The results showed that Cognitive Behavioral training for Mothers reduced their daughters&rsquo; aggressive and violent behavior (P<0/001).<br> <strong>Conclusion</strong>: The results suggested that CBT performed can be effective in reducing aggression and violations among the girls whose mothers had received the therapy.<br> <br> &nbsp;</p> درمان شناختی‌-رفتاری, مشکلات برونی‌سازی‌شده, پرخاشگری, قانون شکنی, نوجوان.
