زمینه و هدف: ناباروری، یکی از بزرگ‌ترین چالش‌های زنان در سنین باروری است که عواقب اجتماعی و روانی زیان‌آوری برای فرد دارد. هدف این پژوهش بررسی نقش میانجی‌گری استرس ناباروری در رابطهٔ بین خودپندارهٔ جنسی و تاب‌آوری خانواده با سازگاری زناشویی در زنان نابارور بود.
روش‌بررسی: این تحقیق از نوع همبستگی مبتنی بر مدل‌یابی معادلات ساختاری بود. به این منظور نمونه‌ای به حجم ۲۴۴ نفر از جامعۀ آماری زنان نابارور مراجعه‌کننده به مراکز درمان ناباروری استان‌های خوزستان و اصفهان در سال ۱۳۹۷، به‌روش نمونه‌گیری دردسترس انتخاب شدند. داده‌ها با پرسشنامۀ چندوجهی خودپندارهٔ جنسی (اسنل، ۱۹۹۸)، مقیاس ارزیابی تاب‌آوری خانواده (سیکسبی، ۲۰۰۵)، پرسشنامۀ استرس ناباروری (نیوتون و همکاران، ۱۹۹۹) و پرسشنامۀ سازگاری زناشویی (اسپاینر، ۱۹۷۸) بود. برای تحلیل داده‌های پژوهش، نرم‌افزارهای SPSS نسخهٔ ۲۲ و AMOS نسخهٔ ۲۲ به‌کار رفت. سطح معناداری در این پژوهش ۰٫۰۱ و ۰٫۰۵ در نظر گرفته شد.
یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد، رابطهٔ مستقیم بین خودپندارهٔ جنسی (۰٫۰۲۵=p و ۰٫۱۳=β) و تاب‌آوری خانواده (۰٫۰۱۸=p و ۰٫۱۵=β) با سازگاری زناشویی مثبت و معنادار بود. رابطهٔ مستقیم بین خودپندارهٔ جنسی (۰٫۰۰۱>p، ۰٫۲۳-=β) و تاب‌آوری خانواده (۰٫۰۰۱>p، ۰٫۳۳-=β) با استرس ناباروری منفی و معنادار بود. رابطهٔ بین استرس ناباروری با سازگاری زناشویی منفی و معنادار بود (۰٫۰۰۱>p و ۰٫۲۶-=β)؛ همچنین اثر غیرمستقیم خودپندارهٔ جنسی (۰٫۰۰۲=p و ۰٫۰۶=β) و تاب‌آوری خانواده (۰٫۰۰۲=p و ۰٫۰۹=β) بر سازگاری زناشویی معنادار بود؛ به‌علاوه مدل اصلاح‌شدۀ پژوهش برازش مطلوبی برای داده‌های گردآوری‌شده داشت (۱٫۱۸=df/۲c و ۰٫۹۹=CFI و ۰٫۹۹=IFI، ۰٫۹۹=TLI و ۰٫۹۸NFI= و ۰٫۰۲=RMSEA).
نتیجه‌گیری: براساس نتایج، خودپندارۀ جنسی و تاب‌آوری خانواده با میانجی‌گری استرس ناباروری بر سازگاری زناشویی مؤثر هستند. باتوجه به اینکه استرس ناباروری به‌صورت مستقیم و در نقش میانجی بر سازگاری زناشویی زنان نابارور اثر دارد، می‌تواند به‌عنوان فاکتور مهمی در ارائهٔ خدمات روان‌شناختی به زوجین نابارور به‌کار رود.
