هدف: پژوهش حاضربه بررسی تاثیرآموزش تصویربدنی با استفاده از راهبردهای فراشناخت برسازگاری اجتماعی دانش‌آموزان کم‌بینا شهر اصفهان پرداخته است که در مدارس نابینایان مشغول به تحصیل بودند.
روش بررسی: این مطالعه از نوع نیمه آزمایشی با طرح پیش‌آزمون وپس‌آزمون با گروه کنترل است. جامعه مورد مطالعه پژوهش را دانش‌آموزان پایه هشتم کم‌بینا پسرانه مناطق شش‌گانه شهر اصفهان درسال تحصیلی ۹۵-۱۳۹۴ تشکیل می‌داد. نمونه‌گیری به صورت تصادفی خوشه‌ای چند مرحله‌ای صورت گرفت؛ سپس ۳۰ نفر نمونه گیری شده، به تصادف در دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل تقسیم شدند. گروه آزمایش به مدت ۱۰ جلسه تحت آموزش تصویر بدنی با استفاده از راهبردهای فراشناخت قرار گرفت در حالی گروه کنترل هیچ آموزشی را دریافت نکردند. ابزار این پژوهش پرسشنامه سازگاری اجتماعی کالیفرنیا، تصویر بدنی و برنامه آموزش تصویربدنی با استفاده از راهبردهای فراشناخت بوده است. داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم افزار آماری SPSS مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.
یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد که میزان سازگاری اجتماعی در مرحله قبل از مداخله و بعد از مداخله اختلاف معنا داری داشته است (۰٫۰۰۱>p). همچنین بین گروه مداخله و گروه شاهد، اختلاف معنا دار بود (۰٫۰۰۱>p).
نتیجه‌گیری: شرکت در جلسات برنامه آموزش تصویربدنی با استفاده از راهبردهای فراشناخت منجر به ارتقای سطح سازگاری اجتماعی در گروه آزمایش شده است.
