زمینه و هدف: اختلال نارسایی توجه/فزون‌کنشی با مشکلات زیادی برای خانواده همراه است؛ ازاین‌رو، پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی اثربخشی رفتاردرمانی دیالکتیکی بر عملکرد خانواده و الگوهای ارتباطی مادران دارای کودک مبتلا به اختلال نارسایی توجه/فزون‌کنشی انجام شد.
روش‌بررسی: روش پژوهش حاضر نیمه‌آزمایشی با طرح پیش‌آزمون-پس‌آزمون همراه با گروه گواه بود. جامعهٔ آماری پژوهش تمامی مادران با فرزند مبتلا به اختلال نارسایی توجه/فزون‌کنشی در ناحیهٔ یک شهر بهارستان در سال تحصیلی ۹۸-۱۳۹۷ بودند. تعداد ۳۰ نفر از والدین به‌شیوهٔ نمونه‌گیری دردسترس انتخاب شدند و به‌صورت تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش (۱۵ نفر) و گواه (۱۵ نفر) جایگزین شدند. در هر دو گروه آزمایش و گواه از پرسشنامۀ سنجش عملکرد خانواده (اپشتاین و همکاران، ۱۹۸۳) و پرسشنامهٔ الگوهای ارتباطی (کریستین و سالاوی، ۱۹۸۴) در مراحل پیش‌آزمون و پس‌آزمون استفاده شد. جلسات درمان براساس راهنمای رفتاردرمانی دیالکتیکی رابینز و همکاران (۲۰۰۱) بود. گروه آزمایش ده جلسۀ ۶۰ دقیقه‌ای مداخلات آموزش رفتاردرمانی دیالکتیک را دریافت کرد؛ اما برای گروه گواه آموزشی ارائه نشد. برای تحلیل داده‌ها از آزمون تحلیل کوواریانس تک‌متغیره به‌وسیلهٔ نرمافزار SPSS نسخهٔ ۲۲ در سطح معنا‌داری ۰٫۰۵ استفاده شد.
یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد، بین گروه آزمایش و گروه گواه، تفاوت معنا‌داری در عملکرد خانواده (۰٫۰۰۸=p) و الگوهای ارتباطی مادران کودک مبتلا به اختلال نارسایی توجه/فزون‌کنشی شامل الگوی ارتباط سازندهٔ متقابل، الگوی ارتباط اجتنابی متقابل و الگوی ارتباط توقع/کناره‌گیری (۰٫۰۰۱>p) مشاهده شد.
نتیجه‌گیری: براساس نتایج این پژوهش نتیجه گرفته می‌شود، رفتاردرمانی دیالکتیکی بر بهبود عملکرد خانواده، کاهش الگوهای ارتباطی اجتنابی متقابل و ارتباط توقع/کناره‌گیری و نیز افزایش الگوی ارتباطی سازنده در مادران دارای کودک مبتلا به اختلال نارسایی توجه/فزون‌کنشی مؤثر است.
