چکیده
زمینه و هدف: طلاق والدین بر نگرش فرزندان دربارهٔ زندگی زوجی آن‌ها در آینده و چگونگی ادراک ساختار خانواده و تعامل والدین با فرزندان اثرگذار است. هدف پژوهش حاضر تعیین اثربخشی الگوی فرزندپروری کارآمد در مادران مطلقه بر رابطهٔ والد-فرزند و شایستگی حس والدینی بود.
روش‌بررسی: روش پژوهش از نوع نیمه‌آزمایشی بود که با طرح پیش‌آزمون و پس‌آزمون همراه با گروه‌های آزمایش و گواه انجام شد. جامعهٔ آماری را مادران مطلقۀ دارای فرزند نوجوان مراجعه‌کننده به مراکز مشاوره و روانشناسی شهر تهران تشکیل دادند. از بین آن‌ها سی نفر داوطلب واجد شرایط به‌صورت تصادفی وارد مطالعه شدند و به‌تصادف در گروه‌های آزمایش و گواه (هر گروه پانزده نفر) قرار گرفتند. هر دو گروه در مراحل پیش‌آزمون و پس‌آزمون، مقیاس رابطهٔ والد-فرزند (فاین و همکاران، ۱۹۸۳) و مقیاس احساس والدین از شایستگی (گیبود-والستون و واندرسمن، ۱۹۷۸) را تکمیل کردند. برنامهٔ فرزندپروری کارآمد روی گروه آزمایش به‌صورت هشت جلسهٔ نوددقیقه‌ای و هر جلسه هفته‌ای یک‌بار اجرا شد؛ اما گروه گواه هیچ برنامهٔ درمانی دریافت نکرد. تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از آزمون تحلیل کوواریانس در نرم‌افزار SPSS نسخهٔ ۲۴ صورت گرفت و سطح معناداری آزمون‌ها ۰٫۰۵ در نظر گرفته شد.
یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد، در متغیرهای رابطهٔ والد-فرزند (احساسات مثبت، تنفر و گم‌گشتی نقش، هویت و ارتباطات) و شایستگی حس والدینی، بین گروه‌های آزمایش و گواه در پس‌آزمون، بعد از حذف اثر پیش‌آزمون، تفاوت معناداری وجود داشت (۰٫۰۰۱>p)؛ همچنین آموزش فرزندپروری کارآمد توانست ۴۱درصد احساسات مثبت و ۸۶درصد هویت و ۶۹درصد ارتباطات را افزایش دهد و ۶۳درصد تنفر و گم‌گشتی نقش را کم کند؛ همچنین آموزش فرزندپروری کارآمد ۷۹درصد حس شایستگی والدینی را افزایش داد.
نتیجه‌گیری: براساس یافته‌های پژوهش نتیجه گرفته می‌شود، آموزش الگوی فرزندپروری کارآمد به مادران مطلقه روش مناسبی برای بهبود ارتباط والد-فرزند و افزایش حس شایستگی والدین است.
