چکیده
زمینه و هدف: نارسایی توجه/فزون‌کنشی، اختلال شایع عصب-رشدی است. این نارسایی در طول عمر مشاهده می‌شود؛ اما اختلال شایع‌تر رشد در دوران کودکی به‌شمار می‌رود. دراین‌راستا، به باور بسیاری از پژوهشگران نارسایی توجه/فزون‌کنشی ناشی‌از نارسایی در تنظیم و پردازش هیجانات است؛ ازاین‌رو، پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین اثربخشی آموزش حافظهٔ کاری هیجانی بر کنش‌های اجرایی دانش‌آموزان دارای نارسایی توجه/فزون‌کنشی انجام شد.
روش‌بررسی: این پژوهش از نوع نیمه‌آزمایشی با طرح پیش‌آزمون و پس‌آزمون همراه با یک گروه آزمایش و یک گروه گواه بود. جامعهٔ آماری پژوهش را دانش‌آموزان مقطع ابتدایی شهر اردبیل با اختلال نارسایی توجه/فزون‌کنشی در سال تحصیلی ۲-۱۴۰۱ تشکیل دادند. از بین آن‌ها سی نفر داوطلب واجد شرایط به‌روش نمونه‌گیری دردسترس انتخاب شدند و پس از کسب معیارهای ورود به مطالعه در دو گروه پانزده‌نفرهٔ آزمایش و گواه قرار گرفتند. ابزارهای به‌کاررفته در پژوهش، مقیاس سوانسون، نولان و پلهام-ویرایش چهارم ۲۰۰۱(مقیاس اسنپ) و پرسش‌نامهٔ پردازش هیجانی (باکر و همکاران، ۲۰۱۰) بود. آموزش حافظهٔ کاری هیجانی با نرم‌افزار طی پانزده جلسهٔ ۳۰تا۴۰دقیقه‌ای تنها برای گروه آزمایش اجرا شد. تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از تحلیل کوواریانس در نرم‌افزار SPSS نسخهٔ ۲۶ انجام گرفت. سطح معناداری در آزمون‌های آماری ۰٫۰۵ در نظر گرفته شد.
یافته‌ها: نتایج تحلیل کوواریانس تک‌متغیره نشان داد، آموزش حافظهٔ کاری هیجانی در بهبود پردازش هیجان دانش‌آموزان با نارسایی توجه/فزون‌کنشی مؤثر است (۰٫۰۰۵=p).
نتیجه‌گیری: به‌طورکلی می‌توان گفت، با آموزش حافظهٔ کاری هیجانی، پردازش هیجان در دانش‌آموزان با نارسایی توجه/فزون‌کنشی بهبود می‌یابد؛ براین‌اساس پیشنهاد می‌شود، پژوهشگران و متخصصان در کنار سایر روش‌های درمانی برای بهبود نقص‌های هیجانی کودکان با اختلال نارسایی توجه/فزون‌کنشی، از این برنامهٔ آموزشی به‌عنوان درمان مکمل کمک بگیرند.
