چکیده
زمینه و هدف: سازگاری زناشویی از عوامل مهم در رضایت از زندگی و سلامت روان است. پژوهش حاضر باهدف پیشبینی سازگاری زناشویی براساس راهبردهای مقابلهای و مهارتهای ارتباطی و تابآوری در جمعیت غیربالینی انجام شد.
روشبررسی: روش پژوهش از نوع توصیفیهمبسستگی بود. جامعهٔ آماری پژوهش را تمامی کارکنان متأهل دانشگاه علومپزشکی گرگان در سال ۱۴۰۱ تشکیل دادند. برای نمونهٔ آماری، ۲۱۷ نفر با روش نمونهگیری دردسترس انتخاب شدند. ابزارهای پژوهش آزمون سازگاری زناشویی (لاک و والاس، ۱۹۵۹)، پرسشنامهٔ راهبردهای مقابلهای (فولکمن و لازاروس، ۱۹۸۸)، پرسشنامۀ مهارتهای ارتباطی (جرابک، ۲۰۰۴) و مقیاس تابآوری کانر-دیویدسون (کانر و دیویدسون، ۲۰۰۳) بود. برای تحلیل دادههای پژوهش، از ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و تحلیل رگرسیون چندگانه استفاده شد. تحلیل دادهها در نرمافزار SPSS نسخهٔ ۲۴ در سطح معناداری ۰٫۰۵ انجام گرفت.
یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد، بین سازگاری زناشویی و تمام متغیرهای پیشبین راهبرد مقابلهای مسئلهمدار (۰٫۲۰=r، ۰٫۰۱>p)، راهبرد مقابلهای هیجانمدار (۰٫۲۲-=r، ۰٫۰۱>p)، تابآوری (۰٫۴۵=r، ۰٫۰۱>p) و مهارتهای ارتباطی (۰٫۲۸=r، ۰٫۰۱>p) همبستگی معناداری وجود داشت. براساس نتایج تحلیل رگرسیون، مهارتهای ارتباطی (۰٫۰۰۱>p) و تابآوری (۰٫۰۰۴=p)، سازگاری زناشویی را پیشبینی کردند؛ اما متغیرهای راهبرد مقابلهای مسئلهمدار (۰٫۷۰۶=p) و راهبرد مقابلهای هیجانمدار (۰٫۲۵۴=p) قادر به پیشبینی سازگاری زناشویی نبودند.
نتیجهگیری: براساس نتایج، مهارتهای ارتباطی و تابآوری، سازگاری زناشویی را بهشکل معناداری پیشبینی میکنند؛ بنابراین در طراحی مداخلات درمانی میتوان از نتایج پژوهش حاضر بهره گرفت.
