چکیده
زمینه و هدف: هدف اصلی از درمان بیماری پرتس، افزایش سطح تماس بین سر فمور و حفرهٔ استابولوم و نیز کاهش فشار وارد بر مفصل هیپ است؛ ولی هیچ شیوهٔ درمانی در این زمینه موفقیت‌آمیز نبوده است. به‌نظر می‌رسد تاکنون هیچ پژوهشی تأثیر استفاده از ارتز را بر نیروی عکس‌العمل مفصلی در بیماران پرتس بررسی نکرده باشد؛ بنابراین هدف از این مطالعه ارزیابی نیروی عکس‌العملی مفصل هیپ در بیماران پرتسی با و بدون استفاده از ارتز اسکاتیش رایت است.
روش‌بررسی: این مطالعه از نوع case series بود. از بین ده بیمار مبتلا به پرتس، دو پسر هفت‌ساله مبتلا به پرتس مفصل هیپ راست و فاقد مشکلات ارتوپدی و ساختاری دیگر، به‌طور تصادفی انتخاب و از آن‌ها خواسته شد با و بدون ارتز اسکاتیش رایت در فضای آزمایشگاه راه بروند. نرم‌افزار Open SIMM برای ارزیابی نیروی عکس‌العمل مفصلی در هر دو موقعیت به‌کار گرفته شد؛ همچنین اختلاف بین پارامترهای کینتیک و کینماتیک برای هر فرد بااستفاده از آزمون تی‌زوجی بررسی شد.
یافته‌ها: یافته‌های این مطالعه نشان می‌دهد نیروی عکس‌العمل زمین حین استفاده از ارتز افزایش یافته است؛ هرچند به‌نظر می‌رسد نیروی عکس‌العمل مفصلی به‌دنبال استفاده از ارتز کاهش داشته است (مقدار p برابر ۰٫۰۵). استفاده از ارتز، کینماتیک مفصل هیپ و پلویک را تحت‌تأثیر قرار می‌دهد.
نتیجه‌گیری: از آنجاکه نیروی عکس‌العمل مفصلی از پارامترهای بسیار مهم مؤثر بر تخریب و بدشکلی مفصل است، بنابراین استفاده از ارتز می‌تواند بر بدشکلی نهایی مفصل تأثیرگذار باشد؛ همچنین پیشنهاد می‌شود مطالعه روی افراد بیشتری انجام شود.
