هدف: بیش‌فعالی و نقص‌توجه از اختلال‌های رفتاری‌روانی مهم و پربسامد در کودکان است. هدف این پژوهش اثربخشی آموزش جابه‌جایی تکلیف بر کاهش نشانگان بیش‌فعالی و نقص‌توجه بود.
روش‌بررسی: روش این پژوهش نیمه‌آزمایشی با گروه کنترل بود. جامعهٔ آماری این پژوهش تمامی دانش‌آموزان ابتداییِ دارای اختلال ADHD شهرستان سمنان در سال ۹۶-۱۳۹۵ بودند. نمونهٔ این پژوهش تعداد ۲۴ دانش‌آموز دارای اختلال ADHD بودند که به تصادف در دو گروه کنترل و آزمایش جایگزین شدند. برای گروه آزمایش ۱۰ جلسهٔ آموزش ۴۵دقیقه‌ایِ جابه‌جایی تکلیف اجرا شد. ابزار‌های پژوهش شامل؛ پرسشنامهٔ تجدیدنظرشدهٔ مقیاس درجه‌بندی کانرز والدین و آزمون ماتریس پیشروندهٔ رنگی ریون بود.
یافته‌ها: برای تحلیل داده‌ها از آزمون تحلیل کوواریانس چند‌متغیره استفاده شد. یافته‌ها نشان داد که در پس‌آزمون دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل در نقص‌توجه، بیش‌فعالی و حالت ترکیبی آن تفاوت معناداری داشتند (۰٫۰۰۱>p). گروه آزمایش در نشانگان ADHD به‌طور معناداری کاهش نشان دادند.
نتیجه‌گیری: آموزش مبتنی بر جابه‌جایی تکلیف برای کاهش شدت و نشانگان بیش‌فعالی و نقص‌توجه، کارآمد است و استفاده از آن توصیه می‌شود. تلویحات کابردی در یافته‌ها بحث شد.
