زمینه و هدف: ادراک انصاف، یکی از متغیرهای تعیین‌کنندهٔ پایداری رابطهٔ زوجین است که احتمالاً از متغیرهای دیگری نظیر ویژگی‌های شخصیتی تأثیر می‌پذیرد. هدف پژوهش حاضر تعیین رابطهٔ بین ویژگی‌های شخصیتی با پایداری زناشویی با میانجی‌گری ادراک انصاف بود.
روش‌بررسی: روش پژوهشی حاضر توصیفی از نوع همبستگی بود. جامعهٔ آماری این پژوهش را زنان و مردان متأهل ساکن مناطق دوازده‌گانهٔ شهر کرج در پاییز و زمستان سال ۱۳۹۶ تشکیل دادند. ۳۵۰ زن و مرد از مراکز تفریحی و فرهنگی و آموزشی به‌روش نمونه‌گیری دردسترس انتخاب شدند. ابزار پژوهش شامل پرسشنامهٔ شخصیت هگزاکوی (اشتون و لی، ۲۰۰۴) و مقیاس ادراک انصاف (پری، ۲۰۰۴) و شاخص بی‌ثباتی ازدواج (بوس و همکاران، ۱۹۸۳) بود. برای تحلیل داده‌ها از روش مدل‌یابی معادلات ساختاری، نرم‌افزار ایموس، بیشینهٔ برآورد احتمال و سطح معناداری ۰٫۰۵ استفاده شد.
یافته‌ها: در پژوهش حاضر ضریب مسیر غیرمستقیم بین دلپذیری (۰٫۰۰۳=p، ۰٫۰۶۹-=β) و وظیفه‌شناسی (۰٫۰۰۱=p، ۰٫۱۲۵-=β) و برون‌گرایی (۰٫۰۱۷=p، ۰٫۰۴۲-=β) با پایداری زناشویی منفی و معنادار به‌دست آمد.
نتیجه‌گیری: دلپذیری و تواضع و مسئولیت‌پذیری در زوجین وظیفه‌شناس و قاطعیت در زوجین برون‌گرا موجب می‌شود این همسران روابط خود را روابطی تعاملی در نظر بگیرند و در صورت بروز تعارض با درنظرگرفتن منافع دو طرف و منصفانه عمل کنند؛ بدین‌ترتیب زمینهٔ رضایت خود و همسر و پایداری زندگی زناشویی را فراهم آورند.
