Abstract
Background & Objective: One of the key issues in this field is the psychological approach of women and the identification and awareness of the specific needs and challenges faced by women in different settings. The aim of this study was to study the impact of psychological approaches on women’s abilities with a sustainable development approach. Given the importance of women’s abilities and the role of psychological innovations, the study and discussion of this topic were very important. system.
Method of examination: The research was purposeful, practical, and combined. An arithmetic community of journalists and academic and executive opinions were selected in the disciplines of psychology, university studies, and women's studies. The first part of the research was conducted using the interview and the quoting method. Initially, data was extracted from the interviews. For the analysis and distribution of the data, the Strauss-Wickerbin method was used with open, optical, and selective encoding. In a small section, using Interpretational Structural Modeling (ISM), it was devoted to examining the internal relationships of sections and their influence on each other. The interactive creation matrix itself, the matrix of initial achievement, and the multi-creation relationships were formed, and the ultimate achieving matrix became defined as the most superficial and influential criteria.
The finds: The findings of the ISM showed that the seventh level, known as the glass roof for women, had a greater impact than other levels and directly affected the four criteria of the sixth level. The effect was transmitted in a series. The lower levels had a greater impact on the higher levels. The glass roof affected the four criteria of weak social integration of women: educated female behavior, female conflict, maternal role hegemony, and homework, among other roles. The glass roof for women has weakened their social integration. Women at this level encountered barriers that prevented their active participation in social and political processes. Also, a glass roof has caused the healing of the teachers. Women did not have sufficient access to educational opportunities due to limitations and obstacles on their path to progress. Since the glass ceiling has caused conflict among women because of existing barriers, women have had to work harder and put themselves under intense pressure to reach higher levels and achieve their desires and goals. That leads to negative consequences such as stress, anxiety, and feelings of injustice and inequality. The criterion that required women to demonstrate their abilities was linked to high dependency and high leadership power. This means that every small change in this standard leads to fundamental changes in the system. Women have to prove themselves to others in order to be recognized and realize their abilities. Corrected gender attitudes and beliefs and changed gender-centered attitudes focused on dignity, as variants of self-reliance had low dependence and higher leadership. Changes in these variables were highly impactful and little impactful, and any small change in them could have profound effects on the genital system. The reform of gender attitudes and beliefs meant a change of attitude and belief related to the role and place of women and men in society. The criteria of health infrastructure and empowerment of mothers focused on women, and the linkage of maternal roles to social roles, as variables of the dependent type, had strong dependence and weak guidance. This meant that these variables originally had a high impact and a slight impact on the system.
Conclusion: The current research was carried out with the aim of evaluating psychological approaches to female empowerment. Sustainable development was also considered one of the main focuses of the study. The results suggest that recognizing and improving psychological approaches can facilitate women’s empowerment. Also, focusing on sustainable development can play an effective role in empowering women and society as a whole. Women gain more power and control over their lives by achieving education, participating in decision-making processes, and accessing resources and economic and social opportunities. It enables women to make more independent decisions based on their own needs and desires and move forward towards their individual and community growth and development.
