زمینه و هدف: بیماری کرونری قلبی (CHD) از انواع بسیار شایع‌ بیماری‌های قلبی‌عروقی در میان بزرگسالان سراسر جهان، ازجمله در ایران است. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی اثربخشی درمان مبتنی‌بر پذیرش و تعهد (ACT) بر میزان استرس ادراک‌شده در بیماران کرونری قلبی انجام شد.
روش‌بررسی: روش این ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ نیمه‌آزﻣﺎیﺸﯽ (ﺗﺠﺮﺑﯽ) ﺑﺎ طرح پیش‌آزمون‌ﭘﺲ‌آزﻣﻮن و پیگیری با گروه گواه ﺑﻮد. ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪٔ آﻣﺎری را ﺑﯿﻤﺎران کرونری قلبی مراجعه‌ﮐﻨﻨﺪه ﺑﻪ کلینیک قلب بیمارستان دکتر باهنر کرج در پاییز و زمستان ۱۳۹۶ تشکیل دادند ﮐﻪ از ﺑﯿﻦ آن‌ﻫﺎ ۴۰ ﻧﻔﺮ ﺑﻪ‌ﺻﻮرت داوﻃﻠﺒﺎﻧﻪ اﻧﺘﺨﺎب شدند. ﺳﭙﺲ ﺑﻪ‌شکل ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﯽ در دو ﮔﺮوه آزﻣﺎیﺶ و گواه (۲۰ ﻧﻔﺮ ﮔﺮوه آزﻣﺎیﺶ و ۲۰ ﻧﻔﺮ ﮔﺮوه گواه) قرار گرفتند. در ﮔﺮوه آزﻣﺎیﺶ ﻃﯽ هشت ﺟﻠﺴﻪ، درمان مبتنی‌بر پذیرش و تعهد (ACT) اجرا شد. اﺑﺰار ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ پرسشنامهٔ استرس ادارک‌شده ﺑﻮد. داده‌ها قبل و بعد از اجرای درمان جمع‌آوری و توسط نرم‌افزار SPSS نسخهٔ ۲۱، به‌شیوهٔ تحلیل واریانس اندازه‌گیری مکرر با سطح معناداری ۰٫۰۵ ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﺷﺪند.
یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد، در گروه آزمایش میانگین و انحراف معیار نمرهٔ پیش‌آزمون به‌ترتیب برابر با ۷٫۶۰±۳۱٫۷۵ و پس‌آزمون ۶٫۳۳±۲۹٫۰۷ بود. همچنین در گروه گواه نمرۀ پیش‌آزمون ۶٫۸ ±۲۲٫۲۱ و پس‌آزمون ۷٫۵±۳۱٫۵۶ به‌دست آمد. نتایج تحلیل واریانس اندازه‌گیری مکرر مشخص کرد درمان به‌طور معناداری موجب کاهش استرس بیماران شده است (۰٫۰۰۱>p).
نتیجه‌گیری: براساس یافته‌های این پژوهش در روان‌درمانی مبتنی‌بر پذیرش و تعهد (ACT) هر فرد به‌طور نهفته توانایی برقراری ارتباط کامل با زمان حال و تغییر یا حفظ رفتار برای زندگی ارزشمند را پیدا می‌کند. این توانایی می‌تواند موجب بهبود استرس ادراک‌شدهٔ بیماران کرونری قلبی شود.
