چکیده
زمینه و هدف: کاهش استقامت عضلات تنه و کمر‌درد در دوران بارداری و پس از وضع حمل بسیار شایع است. تمرینات ثبات‌دهندهٔ مرکزی باعث فعال‌سازی عضلات عمقی و بهبود هماهنگی آن‌ها با عضلات سراسری می‌شوند و به‌عنوان مداخلهٔ درمانی در ارتباط با دردهای ناحیه کمری- لگنی دوران بارداری و پس از آن توصیه شده‌اند. هدف از تحقیق حاضر بررسی تأثیر یک دوره تمرینات ثبات‌دهندهٔ مرکزی بر درد، ناتوانی و استقامت عضلات فلکسور و اکستنسور تنه در زنان مبتلا به کمر درد مزمن پس از وضع حمل بود.
روش‌بررسی: تعداد ۲۴ زن غیر ورزشکار، هشت هفته پس از زایمان طبیعی در این مطالعه شرکت نمودند. به‌صورت تصادفی در دو گروه ۱۲‌نفری مداخله و مقایسه تقسیم شدند. گروه مداخله برنامهٔ تمرین درمانی را به‌صورت منظم طی چهار‌هفته، هر هفته شش روز و هر روز یک جلسهٔ ۳۰دقیقه‌ای، به‌صورت تمرینات خانگی انجام دادند؛ درحالی‌که به گروه مقایسه برنامهٔ درمانی خاصی داده نشد. برای جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از پرسشنامهٔ ناتوانی اوسوستری (OSWQ)، شاخص دیداری درد (VAS)، تست‌های McGill و Biering-Sorensen و برای تجزیه‌و‌تحلیل داده‌ها از آزمون‌های تی‌دو گروه مستقل و تی وابسته استفاده شد.
یافته‌ها: نتایج در پس‌آزمون کاهش معناداری در میزان درد کمر (۰٫۰۰۱=p)، شدت ناتوانی (۰٫۰۰۴=p) و همچنین افزایش معناداری در استقامت عضلات فلکسور (۰٫۰۳۱=p)، لترال فلکسور (۰٫۰۱۷=p) و اکستنسورهای تنه (۰٫۰۴۲=p) در گروه مداخله در مقایسه با گروه مقایسه نشان داد.  
نتیجه‌گیری: براساس این یافته‌ها می‌توان نتیجه گرفت که انجام دورهٔ کوتاه‌مدت تمرینات ثبات‌دهندهٔ مرکزی بدن می‌تواند در کاهش درد، بهبود ناتوانی و افزایش استقامت عضلات تنه در زنان مبتلا به کمر‌درد مزمن پس از وضع حمل مؤثر واقع شود.
