زمینه و هدف: خشونت علیه زنان معضل مهم اجتماعی است. این پژوهش با هدف بررسی تأثیر درمان مبتنی‌بر پذیرش و تعهد بر اضطراب ناشی‌از تعارضات زناشویی زنان درگیر خشونت خانگی انجام شد.
روش‌بررسی: این پژوهش از لحاظ هدف کاربردی و از لحاظ شیوهٔ اجرا، آزمایشی بود و در قالب طرح پیش‌آزمون-پس‌آزمون با گروه گواه صورت گرفت. جامعهٔ آماری تحقیق تمامی زنان درگیر خشونت خانگی مراجعه‌کننده به درمانگاه‌های دولتی شهر بابل در سال ۱۳۹۶ بودند. روش نمونه‌گیری به‌طور تصادفی ساده بود. سپس سی نفر از زنان واجد شرایط انتخاب شده و به‌صورت جایگزینی تصادفی در یک‌گروه آزمایش (پانزده نفر) و یک‌گروه گواه (پانزده نفر) جایگزین شدند. برای جمع‌آوری داده‌ها، پرسشنامه‌های اضطراب بک و همکارانش (۱۹۹۰) و تعارضات زناشویی ثنایی ذاکر و همکاران (1387) به‌کار رفت. تجزیه‌و‌تحلیل اطلاعات پژوهش با نرم‌افزار آماری SPSS انجام پذیرفت. همچنین از آزمون تحلیل کوواریانس استفاده شد.
یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد، درمان مبتنی‌بر پذیرش و تعهد توانسته است اضطراب ناشی‌از تعارضات زناشویی را به‌طور معناداری کاهش دهد (۰٫۰۰۱>p).
نتیجه‌گیری: باتوجه به اثربخشی درمان مبتنی‌بر پذیرش و تعهد بر اضطراب ناشی‌از تعارضات زناشویی زنان درگیر خشونت خانگی، توصیه می‌شود از تمرین‌های ذهن‌آگاهی و بودن در زمان حال و ریلکسیشن برای کاهش اضطراب افراد درگیر خشونت استفاده شود.
