زمینه و هدف: ویروس نقص ایمنی انسانی (اچ‌آی‌وی) دارای پیامدهای عمیقی بر ابعاد جسمی، روان‌شناختی و اجتماعی افراد مبتلا است. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی تأثیر طرحواره‌درمانی بر خودپنداره و سلامت اجتماعی افراد مبتلا به این ویروس انجام گردید.
روش‌بررسی: پژوهش از نوع نیمه‌آزمایشی با طرح پیش‌آزمون-پس‌آزمون و گروه گواه بود. جامعهٔ آماری شامل تمامی افراد مبتلا به اچ‌آی‌وی مراجعه‌کننده به مرکز مشاورهٔ بیماری‌های رفتاری بیمارستان امام‌خمینی در سال ۹۹-۱۳۹۸ بود. سی‌نفر به روش نمونه‌گیری دردسترس انتخاب و به‌صورت تصادفی در دو گروه پانزده نفری آزمایشی و گواه جایگزین شدند. از پرسشنامه‌های خودپندارهٔ راجرز (۱۹۶۱) و سلامت اجتماعی کییز (۱۹۹۸) استفاده شد. افراد گروه آزمایشی به‌مدت ده جلسهٔ دو ساعته، آموزش گروهی با مدل طرحواره‌درمانی یانگ قرار گرفتند. گروه گواه مداخله‌ای دریافت نکرد. پس از اتمام آموزش، شرکت‌کنندگان مجدداً پرسشنامه‌های مذکور را تکمیل کردند. جهت تحلیل دادهها با استفاده از میانگین، انحراف معیار، تحلیل کواریانس در نرم افزار SPSS نسخهٔ ۲۳ انجام شد. سطح معناداری برابر با ۰٫۰۵ در نظر گرفته شد.
یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد تفاوت معناداری بین دو گروه آزمایشی و گواه از لحاظ خودپنداره و سلامت اجتماعی وجود دارد (۰٫۰۰۱>p). تفاوت معناداری بین دو گروه در تمامی خرده‌مقیاس‌های سلامت اجتماعی شامل انطباق اجتماعی، انسجام اجتماعی، شکوفایی اجتماعی، پذیرش اجتماعی (۰٫۰۰۱>p) و مشارکت اجتماعی (۰٫۰۱۸>p) مشاهده شد.
نتیجه‌گیری: یافته‌های این مطالعات تأیید کرد که می‌توان از طریق آموزش تکنیک‌های طرحواره‌درمانی به افراد دارای اچ‌آی‌وی، خودپنداره و سلامت اجتماعی آنان را بهبود داد.
