چکیده
زمینه و هدف: اختلال نقص توجه و بیش‌فعالی از اختلال‌های شایع‌تر رفتاری در دوران کودکی است. پژوهش حاضر با هدف اثربخشی بازی‌درمانی شناختی‌رفتاری بر کارکردهای اجرایی و کنترل رفتار و مدیریت هیجان در دانش‌آموزان مبتلا به اختلال نقص توجه و بیش‌فعالی انجام شد.
روش‌بررسی: پژوهش حاضر از نوع نیمه‌آزمایشی با پیش‌آزمون و پس‌آزمون و پیگیری همراه با گروه گواه بود. از بین جامعهٔ آماری تمامی دانش‌آموزان دورهٔ ابتدایی مبتلا به اختلال نقص توجه و بیش‌فعالی در سال تحصیلی ۹۹-۱۳۹۸ مراجعه‌کننده به مراکز مشاورهٔ شهر اراک، ۲۴ آزمودنی به‌روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند و لحاظ‌کردن ملاک‌های ورود و خروج پژوهش انتخاب شدند. سپس با شیوهٔ گمارش تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش و گواه قرار گرفتند. هر دو گروه پژوهش در آغاز مداخله (بازی‌درمانی شناختی‌رفتاری)، اتمام مداخله و دو ماه پس از خاتمهٔ درمان ارزیابی شدند. بررسی اطلاعات به‌دست‌آمده با استفاده از آمار توصیفی و آمار استنباطی (تحلیل واریانس با اندازه‌گیری مکرر) صورت گرفت.
یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد، بازی‌درمانی شناختی‌رفتاری در متغیرهای مدیریت هیجان (۰٫۰۰۱>p) و کنترل رفتار (۰٫۰۰۱>p) و کارکردهای اجرایی (۰٫۰۰۱>p) با اثربخشی معناداری همراه است.
نتیجه‌گیری: بازی‌درمانی شناختی‌رفتاری می‌تواند به‌عنوان مداخله‌‌ای اثربخش برای بهبود کارکردهای اجرایی و کنترل رفتار و مدیریت هیجان کودکان مبتلا به اختلال نقص توجه و بیش‌فعالی محسوب شود.
