زمینه و هدف: وجود دردهای مزمن در آرتریت‌روماتوئید فشارهای عاطفی و روانی بسیاری به‌همراه دارد که در بروز یا تشدید ناتوانی حاصل از این بیماری مؤثر است. هدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسی نقش واسطه‌ای راهبردهای تنظیم شناختی هیجان در رابطهٔ بین سبک‌های دلبستگی و استحکام من با سازگاری با درددر بیماران مبتلا به آرتریت‌روماتوئید بود.
روش‌بررسی: این تحقیق از نوع همبستگی مبتنی‌بر مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری بود. جامعهٔ آماری را تمامی بیماران مبتلا به آرتریت‌روماتوئید مراجعه‌کننده به بیمارستان امام‌حسین(ع) تهران در سال ۱۳۹۹ تشکیل دادند. از میان آن‌ها ۲۸۵ نفر با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری دردسترس براساس تشخیص پزشک انتخاب شدند و به پرسشنامهٔ سبک‌های دلبستگی (هازن و شیور، ۱۹۸۷)، پرسشنامهٔ روانی-اجتماعی استحکام من (مارکسترم و مارشال، ۲۰۰۷)، پرسشنامهٔ تنظیم شناختی هیجان (گارنفسکی و همکاران، ۲۰۰۱) و مقیاس چندوجهی درد (کرنز و همکاران، ۱۹۸۵) پاسخ دادند. به‌منظور تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها از ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و روش مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری در سطح معناداری (۰٫۰۵=α) در نرم‌افزارهای SPSS نسخهٔ ۲۳ و AMOS نسخهٔ ۲۲ استفاده شد.
یافته‌ها: اثر مستقیم متغیر سبک‌های دلبستگی بر سازگاری با درد معنا‌دار (۰٫۶۱=β، ۰٫۰۰۱>p) و اثر مستقیم سبک‌های دلبستگی بر تنظیم شناختی هیجان معنا‌دار بود (۰٫۸۹=β، ۰٫۰۰۱>p). وزن‌های رگرسیونی مسیر استحکام من بر سازگاری با درد در دامنۀ سطح معناداری قرار گرفت (۰٫۹۳=β، ۰٫۰۰۱>p). همچنین مسیر استحکام من بر تنظیم شناختی هیجان در دامنهٔ سطح معناداری قرار داشت (۰٫۷۶=β، ۰٫۰۰۱>p). اثر غیرمستقیم سبک‌های دلبستگی با میانجیگری تنظیم شناختی هیجان بر سازگاری با درد معنا‌دار به‌دست آمد (۰٫۸۹=β، ۰٫۰۰۱>p) و اثر غیرمستقیم استحکام من با میانجیگری تنظیم شناختی هیجان بر سازگاری با درد معنا‌دار بود (۰٫۷۶=β، ۰٫۰۰۱>p). نتایج شاخص‌های برازش تأیید مدل را نشان داد (۰٫۴۱۵=p، ۳٫۸۲۱=CMIN/df، ۰٫۹۰۷=GFI، ۰٫۶۱۰=RMR، ۰٫۹۰۲=TLI، ۰٫۹۱۱=CFI، ۰٫۹۳۷=NFI، ۰٫۰۷۶=RMSEA).
نتیجه‌گیری: باتوجه به اینکه راهبردهای تنظیم شناختی هیجان به‌صورت مستقیم و در نقش میانجی بر سازگاری با درد اثر دارد، می‌تواند به‌عنوان عامل مهمی در ارائهٔ خدمات روان‌شناختی برای این بیماران به‌کار رود.
